Solution: We have created Cardano Hub Caracas. We host meetups, and forum for discussion, building and activities. This is an MVH (minimum viable hub)

Solution: "Cardano Learn to Earn for Devs" provides structured developer lessons with ADA rewards. Small continuous rewards are a cheap way soften the learning curve and motivate devs to work harder on Cardano!

Solution: Hold monthly meetups (50 total) in 5 Cities in Venezuela, to draw Cardano enthusiasts and Cardano curious people together, and encourage collaboration and innovation on local projects

Solution: Be a partner sponsor at Canada’s largest blockchain event, the Blockchain Futurist Conference, to help promote and evangelize Cardano's benefits. Run the Cardano Blockchain Toronto monthly meetup.
