The official project implementation started after the 7th of Nov. Since then, all tem members have registered on ideascale. The team has met twice face to face and agreed on the strategy and how to proceed according to MoP1. Individual online meetings occurred with the coordinator/web developer; coordinator/marketer, coordinator/content developer, guidelines were given, and team members work on their tasks. The design of the webpage was agreed by all after the developer provided samples. The weblink was also agreed (honeybeesblockchain.com) and registration will be completed soon, and link will be provided to the Catalyst along with the landing page. The content writer has prepared some of the material (whitepaper, instructions) that will be added on the website and landing page. The coordinator, apart from what the title entails, has met face to face with a beekeeper in Cyprus who was registered on Ideascale as Cardano beekeeper. Registering a wallet is planned at a second meeting. The beekeeper in Italy has been contacted through email and awaiting scheduled meeting to register on Ideascale and wallet. Personal statements of the two beekeepers have been collected so far, along with pictures and videos. These will be added on the website (available on next page). The artist has already completed 4 art works. The above-mentioned actions are part of month1 (from the 7/11 to 21/11) of MoP1.
