Awareness of the problem:

• Need mobile app: Although the majority of Cardano blockchain users utilize smartphones, there aren't many apps on the Cardano ecosystem that let users manage their assets or keep an eye on the Cardano ecosystem.
• Difficulty in tracking projects: The Cardano ecosystem provides various tools that support users, including Taptools, Cardano Cube, Cardano Calendar, and Dapps On Cardano… These projects have distinct methods of development and usage techniques, necessitating frequent monitoring and switching between numerous platforms, which consumes a significant amount of time. Furthermore, these platforms do not leverage the phone's notification feature, therefore users frequently miss out on vital activity.
• Solution to support increased profits: ADA holders suffer from inflation when transaction fees are insufficient to compensate staker, which are mostly derived from newly printed ADA numbers. This issue will create a significant demand for solutions to maximize earnings while limiting risk.

Approach:

We built a mobile app that includes the following features:

• Information about native assets: The app will provide information about the value of assets, price charts, and basic information about projects built on Cardano.
• Asset portfolio management: Display the types of assets and asset values in the wallet, and calculate rewards by epoch.
• Smart alerts: Our app will help users receive notifications about balance changes and price fluctuations of native assets on Cardano.
• Information about major events: The app will continuously update important information such as ISPOs, testnets, mainnets, presales, and important updates from major projects on the Cardano ecosystem.

This has served as the foundation for Bamboolabs to upgrade existing features and develop new ones in order to put the Cardano ecosystem in your hands.

New features:

• Cardano ecosystem map: Bamboo will provide a list of Cardano-based projects organized into many fields with an easy presentation. When a project is selected, the program will display a brief introduction to the project as well as links that users may readily access.
• Major event calendar: The Cardano ecosystem has numerous events each year, including Summits, Meetings, ISPO events, Launchpads, Private and Public sales, and project token unlock deadlines. These events are frequently difficult to reach or are mostly overlooked. As a result, we will design a Calendar on Bamboo App to take advantage of the phone's notification capabilities to allow users to conveniently track and receive reminders about key events such as:

1. Major events: We will provide updates on events relating to Cardano's three founding organizations, as well as noteworthy events from major initiatives on the Cardano ecosystem.
2. Calendar subscription: Projects can register to display their event calendar, be it ISPO, Launchpad, Private sales, Public sales ….
3. Customization: Users can create their own calendars for events they want to remember, such as reminders about when to receive rewards like ISPO tokens or airdrops, reminders about loan receipt/repayment deadlines, reminders about launch schedules or selling project tokens, reminders of important meetings or events,…

• Wallet Tracking: Bamboolabs developed this functionality to assist those investing in Cardano projects in receiving timely alerts regarding token movements from the project's principal wallets or individuals whom the user wishes to track. This will allow users to better manage risks.
• Loan Announcement: We will gather loans from Cardano's lending and borrowing protocols and announce fresh loans to interested users. Borrowers will benefit from increased loan visibility, while lenders will have an easier time finding suitable loans.

Bamboo is still in the development stage, so we need to create a product that is more distinctive than the features mentioned above.

• SPO Market: Bamboolabs will establish a pool profit ranking market. The combination of ISPO market and Pool criteria enables us build this remarkable function. The Cardano blockchain now has over 3,000 SPOs, with an average staking APR of 3%. However, pools running ISPO, such as Genius, Orcfax, Gokey, Newm, and Fluidtokens, will have APR profits ranging from 10% to 30% per year. Furthermore, SPOs will be willing to operate pools at a low cost in order to enable users obtain more rewards than average. With this function, Bamboo will provide a win-win method to assist these ISPOs and SPOs in boosting visibility, consequently increasing the amount of stakes, and staking people will make more profits.

Attraction: The Bamboo App will appeal to all levels of Cardano users, from beginners to experts. By developing a phone app that incorporates numerous features and is user-friendly. From there, we will encourage further engagement in the Cardano ecosystem.

Uniqueness: As the title says, we will be the first project to put the Cardano ecosystem into your hands.

• Cardano users have a seamless experience when supporting tools.
• Take use of your phone's handy and rapid usability.

Importance for Cardano: This app is critical for Cardano because it will encourage more participation in Cardano ecosystem and is a useful tool that has the ability to push adoption more broadly than the Cardano blockchain.

Value to the Cardano community: The Cardano community will benefit from an all-in-one application for learning, tracking, managing, and supporting information about the Cardano ecosystem.

Metrics that will be used to assess the proposal's impact include:

• Number of app downloads: This is a metric that indicates how well the proposed solution meets the needs of Cardano ecosystem users.
• Number of daily active users: This is a metric that demonstrates users' actual needs and the quality of our offerings.
• User feedback: Participating in user feedback allows us to develop new features and enhance product quality.

The information gathered allows us to obtain a better understanding of user behavior, preferences, and wants in order to determine the app's necessity and the features that need to be created and upgraded to provide the best support for Cardano ecosystem users.

Output:

• Added features: four existing features are improved, and four new ones are integrated.
• Attract many users to the project because of its diverse features.
• Create a user-focused mobile application centered on the most basic needs to assist consumers as much as feasible.

The Bamboo team has the necessary people to fulfill the requirements of this proposal. • Development team: A team of professional programmers from Vtechcom Company, which specializes in developing mobile application software and offering digital transformation solutions for Vietnamese enterprises. They have over ten years of experience and have completed over 250 projects involving technology solutions for enterprises.
• Research team: The team includes specialists and investors who have extensive experience in the cryptocurrency sector. They understand what users care about and design the most useful features for users.
• Community development team: Includes founding members and managers of the Cardano ECO Talk community. They have extensive experience in community building, content creation, and product promotion inside the Cardano ecosystem. They are ambassadors for major projects on Cardano including World Mobile Token, Genius Yield, Cswapdex and Indigo's POG.

• Optimize and fix bugs based on feedback.
• Make sure the app works on IOS and Android devices and platforms.

2.Application deployment

• Prepare necessary documents for implementation.
• Package and deploy applications to app store platforms (App Store for iOS and Google Play for Android).

Participants: DevOps Engineers, Developers.

How does the cost of the project represent value for money for the Cardano ecosystem?

Most costs are paid to application developers (tax included). This salary is consistent with the salary of programmers with many years of experience in Vietnam. You can refer to the average salary table here.

• It doesn't take much time to learn and research
• Office rental costs and equipment purchases
• We already have a community so it doesn't take much time or money to build a community

Risk reduction:

• As a startup, we are willing to take the monetary risk of being paid in ADA. ADA price drops are a risk we take on so we have multiple contingency plans in place for any eventuality, while any increase allows us to expand our range.

How to express value for money:

• Bamboo App has received funding at fund 11 with the amount of 72,651 ADA at the rate of $0.38/ADA to implement a concept. When we were disbursed, the price of ADA was $0.5 - $0.7/ADA so we used this surplus money to invest in human resources and API to create better quality products. This demonstrates our commitment and efforts to bring the best application support to Cardano ecosystem users.
