We have purchased our film insurance, as well as completed a tentative script which will be made more robust in the coming weeks before our departure to Ecuador in January. This period before filming is mainly saving and final preparations for the bulk of spending during filming.
We have purchased and booked our travel and lodging for the 17 day shoot in Ecuador. We have also secured confirmation for interviews from the Ecuadorian nationals we will be filming. Are working currently on an official script; camera equipment all purchased. Looking into options for security within Ecuador. Will be traveling between the 4th-22nd of January.
We have completed all of the major purchases of equipment and have opened correspondence with the local government of Cuenca. We have attached here an email expressing consent to be interviewed for our film from Fabian Ledesma, head councilor of Cuenca, Ecuador. In addition we have attached our monthly spending summary for the last four months in order to showcase our progress in acquiring the equipment needed for the film. We have completed talks with former executives of HBO to solidify our story and have applied to numerous grants for filming.
We have finished purchasing equipment and have been communicating with local governments in Ecuador as well as community leaders in America and South America in order to solidify a cohesive narrative and story for the general audience. We have also opened up communications with Fabian Ledesma who is the “mayor“ of Cuenca Ecuador. Including fostering Ecuadorian relations, we have alsoSubmitted multiple Grant proposals to bolster our budget and scope of the film. Our treatment is complete and now we are sending it to executives at HBO and Amazon prime to ensure distribution post release.
No
We have successfully completed our film treatment and have begun purchasing necessary camera equipment, including lenses and memory cards. Attached are a few invoices from B&H in New York. We are progressing in the treatment route to secure more funding to expand the scope of the film, but are on track for the film set in the budget. In addition we have communicated with members of Universal and HBO to discuss the potential of the film for a wider release post-completion.

The pictures attached are part of our initial Scouting trip to Ecuador. There we connected with locals and Fundacion Hogar De Esparanza, as well as the Head Councilman of Cuenca, Ecuador. We made agreements to film and produce in Ecuador with the Fundacion as a central focus for the film. Additionally we have completed a film treatment and submitted for multiple grants to bolster our budget in order to produce more quality for the film. We have made correspondence with members of Allyu (David Tacuri and Jaime Martinez) to solidify partnerships and interviews about Project Catalyst proposals underway. We are also in contact with former members of HBO, who have connections with high level personnel within the corporation. This is to serve a potential distribution or even purchase. Given the nature of film production, the tangible work is ahead of us as we prepare for filming across multiple countries. We must collect government license to film and as such we are in the process of getting those completed.
Our project is on track. We have been able to accelerate the events to 3 times per month instead of 1 per month allowing us to finish the project faster than anticipated
Our team has begun to do pre-production research for the project which will take a couple of months to complete
Our project is overall doing great. We our happy to claim that we will be able to host the events in a shorter time frame than previous anticipated
Our project is on track with what we have promised. Our networking event in Cuenca, Ecuador had about 20 people attending as well as 150 people attending through Facebook live. We had the city council attend as well as other tech startups in the region. We have partnered with Ayllu to develop a course for networking event attendees to utilize. We will begin Paraguay networking events in the month of April. Ecuador networking events will continue monthly until March 2023
