Xerxis Web3 3D Game

Please describe your proposed solution.

The solution we plan to deliver to this problem is a play-to-earn Web 3 3D game. Such a game can attract a lot of users from different backgrounds including students, developers, people who want to use NFTs as an investment, and those who want to create a side income while enjoying their free time playing games.

The effect of this game would be attracting more users hence more transactions on the Cardano blockchain, and more usage of ADA since we transact everything in ADA Cryptocurrency, besides showcasing the real-world usability of the Cardano blockchain which would make developers feel more comfortable to try Cardano.

How does your proposed solution address the challenge and what benefits will this bring to the Cardano ecosystem?

The major impact on the Cardano Blockchain, the ADA cryptocurrency, and the community can be described as follows.

Adoption: Using the Cardano blockchain to support our game, we will introduce the technologies to a new audience of gamers. This will increase awareness and adoption of the Cardano blockchain and the ADA cryptocurrency, benefiting both our game and the wider Cardano ecosystem. We believe that our game can positively impact the adoption of the Cardano blockchain and the ADA cryptocurrency. By creating a fun and engaging gaming experience that leverages these technologies, we can attract new users and help grow the Cardano ecosystem.

Promotion: By running on the Cardano blockchain, the game could leverage the platform’s advanced smart-contract capabilities and security features to enable secure and transparent trading of NFT objects. That effect will attract players interested in participating in a fair and decentralized in-game economy and demonstrates the capabilities of the Cardano blockchain technology.

Overall, a Web3 game that runs on the Cardano blockchain and allows players to trade NFT objects using ADA cryptocurrency could help promote the Cardano platform by showcasing its capabilities and attracting new users.

Fan base support for ADA Cryptocurrency: A Web3 game that allows players to trade NFT objects in the game using ADA cryptocurrency could potentially have fan base support for ADA cryptocurrency by creating a demand for ADA within the game’s economy. The gamers must use ADA to participate in the NFT game objects marketplace. As a result, an increase in the demand for ADA cryptocurrency is the most likely event. Web3 games use blockchain technology to enable the creation, ownership, and transfer of unique digital assets, such as NFTs, within the game world. These assets can be traded between players using cryptocurrency, creating a player-driven economy within the game.

By allowing players to trade NFT objects using ADA cryptocurrency, the game could create a use case for ADA within its economy. This could potentially attract fans of ADA who are interested in using the cryptocurrency for in-game transactions, as well as players who are new to cryptocurrency and are looking for an accessible way to get started.

This creates a win-win situation both for the users and the Cardano community. Because the gamers are beneficial economically, while the community in-general benefits from the increase in demand for the ADA Cryptocurrency and game NFTs.

How do you intend to measure the success of your project?

Success Measurements

The success of our Web 3 game project will be measured by several key metrics:

- User adoption and growth: We will track the number of new users who join our game over time. We aim to attain steady user growth and attract a large player base.

- User engagement: We will measure how often users play our game and how long they spend playing each session. Our goal is to create a highly engaging gaming experience that keeps players coming back.

- Revenue: We will track the revenue generated by our game through sales of NFTs, in-game transactions, and advertising. Our goal is to generate a steady income stream from different monetizable points of the gaming experience that supports our game's ongoing development, maintenance, and operation cost.

User Adoption Projections

Based on our market research and analysis, we project the following user adoption for our Web 3 game after we fully launched:

  • Year 1: 25,000 users
  • Year 2: 100,000 users
  • Year 3: 400,000 users
  • Year 4: 1000,000 users

We believe that our game has the potential to attract a large and engaged player base. By leveraging blockchain technology and NFTs, we can create a unique and compelling gaming experience that stands out in the market. We believe we’ve laid out quite realistic user adoption projections. Our marketing efforts will focus on reaching our target audience and driving user growth and surpassing the goals a little bit when possible.

Please describe your plans to share the outputs and results of your project?

We will launch our game and promote it in multiple marketing channels.

Marketing Channels

We will use a variety of marketing channels to reach our target audience:

  • Social media: We will use platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram to promote our game and engage with potential players.
  • Influencer partnerships: We will partner with popular gaming influencers to showcase our game to their followers.
  • Gaming events: We will attend gaming conventions and events to demo our game and generate buzz.
  • Catalyst Town Hall
  • Local Web 3 Meet-ups: through the organizers of local Web 3 meet-ups in different countries on the meetup app, we will be able to advertise this game to acquire more players.
