Current Issues in the Cardano Community !!!

• The blockchain community is rapidly growing, and while Cardano has successfully completed the Chang 1 hard fork, knowledge about Cardano and decentralized governance on Cardano is still not widely disseminated. Many people remain unclear about these concepts, leading to hesitance in participating in governance activities.
• Existing materials on Cardano are often complex and lengthy, making them difficult to access, especially for newcomers or busy individuals.
• The lack of simple, understandable, and interactive learning tools poses a significant barrier, reducing the ability to spread knowledge about Cardano within the community. Without practical and accessible educational methods, many may miss the opportunity to participate in the development and governance of the Cardano ecosystem.

Innovative Solution

We will create a quiz set that allows the community to test their knowledge anytime and anywhere, without needing to spend time relearning the material from scratch.

1. Integrating Gamification:

• The question set will not only focus on knowledge assessment but also simulate real-life scenarios regarding governance on Cardano. Players will assume the roles of decentralized governance members and make strategic decisions through questions.
• Rewards, including tokens and NFTs on Cardano, will be used to incentivize users to achieve high rankings within the Cardano community, fostering continuous learning motivation.

2.Quiz Structure:

In the first phase, we will develop a quiz comprising 300 multiple-choice questions, structured as follows:

• Total Questions: 300, including 150 easy, 90 difficult, and 60 very difficult, with at least 180 (60%) questions related to Cardano.
• Test Levels:
• Quick Test: 10 questions (5 easy, 5 difficult); completion time: 2-5 minutes.
• Average Test: 20 questions (10 easy, 5 difficult, 5 very difficult); completion time: 5-10 minutes.
• Advanced Test: 30 questions (15 easy, 10 difficult, 5 very difficult); completion time: over 10 minutes.
• Quizzes will be randomly generated from the pool of 300 questions, ensuring diverse content for each test. A demo quiz is available for the community at Cardanolibrary.net for practice.

3. Multi-level Experience:

The question system will not only test theoretical knowledge but also immerse players in real-life scenarios related to decentralized governance. For example:

The question set will be divided into three parts:

• Part 1: Basic knowledge of the blockchain and Cardano.
• Part 2: Fundamental knowledge of decentralized governance on Cardano, CIP 1694.
• Part 3: Hypothetical scenarios for decentralized governance.

4. Multi-language and Diverse Audience Support:

• We will develop content in various languages (including English, Vietnamese, and Japanese) to ensure that all members of the Cardano community can participate, regardless of their starting point or knowledge background.
• The question set will be designed for different user groups, ranging from beginners to advanced researchers within the Cardano ecosystem.

5.Enhancing Community Engagement:

• Competitions and mini-games related to the Quiz will be held regularly to promote healthy competition within the community. Members can compete, share knowledge, and receive rewards from the community through voting.
• Rewards will be determined through a community voting mechanism, enhancing interaction and participation.

1. Enhancing Understanding of Decentralized Governance: Users will not only learn passively but also engage in decentralized governance decisions, thereby enhancing their decision-making skills and deepening their understanding of governance mechanisms.
2. Encouraging Community Participation: The use of gamification and real-life scenarios will drive community engagement. Users will not only participate to learn but will also feel excited about this novel interactive experience.
3. Expanding Knowledge of Cardano to Diverse Audiences: Supporting multiple levels and languages will enable many individuals at different stages of their learning journeys to participate and effectively utilize knowledge about Cardano.
4. Promoting Decentralized Governance: Simulating decision-making scenarios in decentralized governance will help users understand and practice governance processes on Cardano. This will lead to stronger community involvement in governance activities and ecosystem development.

Key Metrics to Measure Project Success

1. Number of Test Participants: The number of test takers will be the first measure of success. The more participants, the greater the awareness of the project and knowledge about Cardano.
2. Number of Cardano Knowledge Questions Created: The quantity of Cardano-related questions in the quiz will assess the diversity, informational content, and overall knowledge about Cardano.
3. Test Quality: The quality of the tests will reflect the level of interest and evaluation from participants.
4. Number of Known Development Projects in the Cardano Ecosystem: The quiz will include questions about ecosystem projects. Incentives for community engagement campaigns may include ADA or a token from the Cardano ecosystem chosen by the community.

Our main goals after 5 months.

Goal 1: Increase the effectiveness of Cardano knowledge education for the community.

Tests on multiple levels apply to Cardano literacy courses, reinforcing what people read from our library. This goal is determined by the parameters of the quiz test

• Number of times to do the quiz: 1000 times
• Number of participants to take the test: 100 paxs

Goal 2: Number of interactions with the product

This goal is determined by views, likes, and feedback on social media channels, and community telegram groups through posts related to our products.

• Social networks: 500 interactions.
• Google form: 100 responses.

Goal 3: Number of projects on Cardano that are introduced to the community naturally.

This goal is defined by project token rewards in community incentive campaigns. The most important token type will be chosen by the community through voting.

• Target: 8 projects.

Goal 4: The number of questions in the entire set of questions: The more questions, the more diverse the quiz will be and the more information about Cardano will be transmitted.

• As Constitutional Delegate in Vietnam, we represent the voice of the Vietnamese Cardano community to help finalize Cardano's Constitution, giving us a deep understanding of Cardano's governance and the desires of ADA holders within our community.

• We are regular speakers at Cardano Monthly Meetup, most recently speaking alongside Long Nguyễn, CEO Minswap (Top 1 DEX by TVL), on September 22, 2024, providing valuable information and insights to the community.

Cost:

• Research fee: 100 ADA/hour (40 working hours). The cost of labor from the international market can reach 150-200 ADA/hour. However, by utilizing local resources, we save approximately 33% - 50% of the costs.
• Making questions: 25 ADA/question
• Japanese translate: 12.5 ADA/question
• Admin fee: 10ADA/hours (detail workload below)
• Website plugin: ~1000 ADA, saving costs compared to developing a similar system from scratch, which would cost around 3000 ADA, resulting in a savings of 66.67%
• Website UX/UI upgrade: ~1500 ADA

Resources:

• Our team has experience in implementing and completing 6 proposals.
• We already have a community with tens of thousands of members, and a website with 500 accounts, so marketing costs are reduced to the maximum.
• Nearly 30% of the budget will be spent on advertising for the community.
• Since our team is doing daily community management work, admin fees will only be charged for work directly related to the project. And it has been minimalist at the lowest cost.
