Challenges

• While many websites offer information about Cardano, a deep understanding of blockchain and Cardano terminology remains elusive for most. As administrators of Vietnam's largest Cardano community, we frequently observe these knowledge gaps.
• A critical factor to consider is the widespread use of mobile devices for interacting with social media and groups. Users today expect quick and convenient access to information, particularly when it comes to blockchain concepts. For instance, on social media platforms, viewers typically decide within the first 3-10 seconds whether to continue watching a clip, making rapid engagement crucial.
• Although building a blockchain dictionary website might seem straightforward, with much of the content easily sourced online, creating a platform without engaging users and capturing interest would result in wasted effort.
• Furthermore, "Blockchain" encompasses thousands of technical terms. Developing an effective, resource-efficient dictionary demands not only careful selection but also deep expertise to ensure meaningful and impactful content.

Solutions

We plan to create an On-demand dictionary encompassing blockchain and Cardano terms tailored to the specific needs of our users. The structure of this dictionary will be easily accessible and scientifically organized.

The dictionary will be presented in the following formats and standards:

• 30-second dictionary - User will look up terms via a telegram bot.
• 2-minute dictionary - We intend to integrate this dictionary into our websites.
• The content of terms is concise to meet reading time standards but still ensures academic accuracy.
• Terms will be requested by users.

We also share it daily within the groups and communities we administer.

Implementing this solution will yield significant cost savings while enabling our team to make a substantial positive impact, reaching tens of thousands of individuals within Cardano's community on a daily basis.

Currently, our ecosystem offers various blockchain knowledge products such as:

• Blockchain knowledge training
• Knowledge sharing
• Evaluation of construction projects on Cardano
• Knowledge quizzes at different levels

Our proposal is fully aligned with the goal to "drive ecosystem growth, foster education and community initiatives, expand Cardano’s global footprint, and onboard more Cardano users."

By engaging with the terms in our blockchain dictionary, individuals will gain a deeper understanding of Cardano, equipping them to take on active roles within the ecosystem—whether as investors, Constitutional Representatives, proposers, DRep, Voters, or other key contributors. This will help build a stronger, more knowledgeable community, driving adoption and participation in Cardano’s decentralized future.

Additionally, we plan to open-source the methods and processes our team used to create the dictionary, enabling others to replicate or expand on our approach efficiently. The dictionary content itself will also be open-source, accessible to all, and continuously updated. This will further amplify Cardano’s reach by providing a valuable, freely available educational resource to communities worldwide.

• We manage the largest Cardano ADA Vietnam group on Facebook, fostering strong community engagement.
• Our team has successfully completed six funded proposals in Funds 7, 8, and 9 under the Vcoincheck project. (Source: lidonation, Vcoincheck Annual report 2023)
• As Constitutional Delegate in Vietnam, we represent the voice of the Vietnamese Cardano community to help finalize Cardano's Constitution, giving us a deep understanding of Cardano's governance and the desires of ADA holders within our community.

• We are regular speakers at Cardano Monthly Meetup, most recently speaking alongside Long Nguyễn, CEO Minswap (Top 1 DEX by TVL), on September 22, 2024, providing valuable information and insights to the community.

Milestone 1: Research, Planning, and Initial Setup (1 month)

Tasks:

• Gather feedback and demand from the community.
• Create a comprehensive list of key blockchain/Cardano terms.
• Research and define the structure for content creation.
• Design the website’s user interface (UX/UI).
• Define and start building basic features for the Telegram bot.

• Detailed implementation plan (shared publicly via document).
• List of community-requested terms (publicly available).
• Initial version of the Telegram bot.
• Completed UX/UI for the website.

Acceptance Criteria:

• Telegram bot is functional.
• A list of the first 300 terms is finalized.

• The blockchain dictionary will be open-source, serving both the Cardano Vietnam community and globally. It can be updated continuously without extra cost.
• Our team has experience in implementing and completing 6 proposals.
• We already have a community with tens of thousands of members, a website with 500 accounts, so the marketing costs are reduced to a minimum.
• Posting articles on Facebook, Telegram, X, and the website (3 per day).
• Interacting and directly responding to the community (16 hours per day).
• Managing term (creating term on the website, controlling the entire term generation process, and generating reports).
