Utilize the 1st Cardano webcomic to make the 1st fun and addictive educational webcomic series about Cardano ecosystem (Engish, Japanese, Vietnamese)

Please describe your proposed solution.

Student: Hey, Teacher! Learning about Cardano feels like reading a never-ending textbook. It's so dull!

Teacher: I totally get it. But what if I told you we're turning Cardano into a thrilling adventure, like a superhero comic?

Student: Seriously? How?

Teacher: We've got this fantastic comic series in NAVA, where our familiar characters and cool graphics bring Cardano to life. No more boring texts! We're teaming up with experts and artists to make learning about Cardano exciting and easy.

Student: But, like, who's this for?

Teacher: Everyone! Not just experts but artists, students—literally, anyone who loves a good story. It's like joining a creative club where we all share and learn together.

Student: And how will I know it's working?

Teacher: Imagine this: we release a new comic every week, and everyone is buzzing with excitement. You share thoughts, ask questions, even join fun quizzes we throw in. That's how we'll know—it's working when everyone is having a blast while learning about Cardano.

Student: But why does it matter for Cardano?

Teacher: Great question! Cardano isn't just about tech; it's also about culture and creativity. Our comics make Cardano more than just a blockchain; it becomes an adventure everyone wants to be part of.

Student: So, you're saying learning about Cardano will be like a cool, fun journey?

Teacher: Exactly! We're turning those dull textbooks into thrilling stories, using the same characters and settings from our main series, and everyone's invited to join the adventure. How's that for making education exciting?

Please define the positive impact your project will have on the wider Cardano community.

Student: So, what impact will our webcomic have on Cardano?

Teacher: Think of it like this – our project is like a key unlocking the door to a whole new world within Cardano. By bringing in not just artists and their fanbases but also developers, and users, we're not just diversifying the Cardano family but enriching it with unique perspectives.

Student: How does it empower the community?

Teacher: Ah, good question! We're not just educators; we're enablers. Imagine our project as a platform where community members not only learn about Cardano but actively contribute. NFT drops, behind-the-scenes access, and incentives make them a vital part of our success story. Are you curious about how it will work? Check our master plan for 2024 for all projects of NAVA.

Student: Will it bring in new faces to Cardano?

Teacher: Absolutely! Our webcomic serves as a friendly guide, introducing Cardano concepts to artists and enthusiasts. It's not just about learning; it's an invitation to explore the entire Cardano ecosystem. And who knows, they might just stick around and become the next big contributors.

Student: What about collaborations?

Teacher: Ah, collaborations are the secret sauce. By teaming up with other NAVA projects and strategic partners, we're creating a ripple effect. One to know who? Check the team section below. Moreover, shared events, challenges, and exclusive content amplify our comic, reaching more people and making Cardano a buzzword in the creative circles.

Student: So, we're inspiring new contributors?

Teacher: Exactly! Our engaging stories are like sparks that ignite passion. Artists and enthusiasts reading our webcomic might feel inspired to actively contribute to Cardano. It's not just about knowledge; it's about sparking a desire to be part of something big.

Student: And how do we measure success?

Teacher: Success, my friend, is a journey. We'll measure it by how much our community grows, how many people become aware of Cardano through our webcomic, and the lasting engagement it fosters. If our project becomes a stepping stone for new contributors, then we've truly succeeded.

What is your capability to deliver your project with high levels of trust and accountability? How do you intend to validate if your approach is feasible?

Student: Okay, so how do we know you can deliver this project with trust and accountability?

Teacher: Our journey through the past year has been transformative. We faced challenges, yes, but each challenge became an opportunity for growth. We've transitioned from a series of hurdles to a seamlessly adaptable process, demonstrating our commitment to delivering a feasible and successful project.

Student: What's different now that makes us more capable?

Teacher: We've assembled a professional production team that understands the intricacies of developing an engaging webtoon series. This team is well-equipped to navigate challenges and deliver high-quality content consistently. Our success is not just attributed to creative prowess but a detailed production plan that outlines every step and process involved.

Student: What about the business side of things?

Teacher: Our transition isn't just about artistic refinement; it's about ensuring the security and integrity of our workflow, guaranteeing stability in ongoing and future productions. Crucially, we've recognized the business aspect of the project. Partnering with a professional marketing entity has been instrumental in elevating our approach. This collaboration extends beyond artistic creation to ensure that our webcomic not only captivates audiences but also thrives as a business venture.

Student: How can we trust that you'll manage funds properly?

Teacher: Our commitment to financial responsibility is embedded in our organizational structure. As an official company, we operate with a dedicated finance team that meticulously manages funds, ensuring transparency and accountability. We approach this endeavor not just as a passionate pursuit but as a strategic investment for our long-term sustainability. Living longer in the industry means contributing longer and maintaining a stable, sustainable presence.

Please provide a cost breakdown of the proposed work and resources.

The detail salary per position you can [check here]

  • We only work with in-house team for optimize the cost and this rate is also really low when compare to the average in our area
  • Especially some artist position from global service - with the same quality, our rate really really lower than them when calculating per product compare to freelancer.

We spent a year on HR and really know that this way is better for cost saving with our work style also.

3rd party software

We're using some software for working, but we all paid for that:

  • Clickup: for managing tasks and storing content
  • Miro: for visualize our plan, also for QA the art
  • Clip studio: for our artist for working

Other cost that is not listed here

  • To incentivize artists in our community to join, we also have some work to pay to them. But we will use the revenue of our project for paying that.
  • About the business costs like tax, office, items… we already care for that.

How does the cost of the project represent value for money for the Cardano ecosystem?

Student: So, how does the cost of our project really give value for money to Cardano?

Teacher: Great question! Think about it this way. We used to work with freelancers, but it came with risks like scams. So, we decided to bring everything in-house. That way, we make sure the project stays secure, reliable, and accountable.

Student: But what about the costs? How does having our own team save money?

Teacher: Good point. Having an in-house team is like having our own creative hub. You know, making cool stuff like art concepts and character designs. When we worked with freelancers, making changes was tricky and expensive. Now, we do it all in-house, making the whole process smoother and saving money. It's not just about cutting costs; it's about using the funds wisely for the good of Cardano.
