<u>Problems and Current Situation:</u>

1. Cardano knowledge is rich and detailed, often presented in lengthy articles or English videos. Users with limited technical background or time may miss essential information, hindering the spread of knowledge to the community.
2. Users often spend considerable time searching through text-heavy documents on various official and unofficial Cardano sites, which can be discouraging and may lead to incomplete understanding.
3. Although many Cardano courses are available, not all users have the time to fully engage with the knowledge presented.

<u>Solution:</u>

Create an infographic document summarizing essential information and instructions about Cardano, illustrated with images. I plan to develop this in three languages: initially in Vietnamese, my native language, and subsequently in English and Japanese to cater to a broader audience.

This project will be executed in four phases.

This proposal will focus on implementing phase 1, creating The Visual Cardano in Vietnamese.

<u>Phases of the Project:</u>

1. Synthesize and create the Vietnamese version of the visual Cardano documents.
2. Develop the English version.
3. Produce the Japanese version.
4. Collaborate with other communities to produce a multilingual version.

<u>The content will cover topics ranging from basic to advanced, including:</u>

• Overview of Cardano (history, roadmap, etc.)
• Operational mechanics of Cardano (consensus mechanism, technology)
• Development eras (highlighting significant updates and developments)
• Decentralized governance (Voltaire, CIP1694)
• Applications like Aiken, RealFi, and DeFi on Cardano.
• Other relevant Cardano-related knowledge.

Given the extensive scope of Cardano knowledge, it is challenging to precisely estimate the time required for each task, as collecting, researching, and synthesizing documents into visuals is time-intensive. Consequently, I am unable to provide detailed hourly estimates for each task. Instead, I propose the following cost structure:

I will dedicate myself to this project for 10 months, working at least 4 hours a day. The cost calculation is as follows:

• 4 hours/day x 22 days/month x $15/hour x 10 months = $13,200, equivalent to approximately 33,000 ADA, based on a conversion rate of $0.4 per ADA.

How does the cost of the project represent value for money for the Cardano ecosystem?

The $15 per hour rate is relatively modest, equivalent to 43% of the average salary for a project manager in Vietnam, even though my role encompasses project management and hands-on implementation. I am committed to this project out of passion and a desire to support Cardano and Catalyst and create products that benefit the community.
