Sustaining Descentralización Total - Expanding Cardano's Reach in the Hispanic Community

Please describe your proposed solution

We aim to improve our podcast, Descentralización Total, to provide better and more engaging content for the Cardano community. By upgrading our equipment and software, we can create higher-quality episodes that cover important topics related to Cardano, such as interviews with SPOs, project highlights, and community insights.

We see the need for high-quality content to help the community grow and learn. By modernizing our setup, we can make our episodes clearer and more appealing to both experienced users and newcomers.

Our project will connect with a broad audience, including blockchain enthusiasts, developers, and academics, encouraging discussion and knowledge sharing. We will measure our impact through listener numbers, feedback, and increased community engagement.

What makes our approach unique is our dedication to producing quality content that has driven interest in the Spanish-speaking Cardano community for over four years. With this funding, we can continue to be a valuable resource for education and community building, strengthening Cardano's position in the blockchain space.

Please define the positive impact your project will have on the wider Cardano community

Our project will positively impact the Cardano community by delivering engaging and informative content that helps members understand and connect with Cardano. Success will raise awareness and promote the use of its technology.

We’ll measure our impact through:

  • Visitor Metrics: Tracking how many people listen to and download our podcast episodes.
  • Community Interaction: Looking at likes, shares, and comments to see how engaged our audience is.
  • Project Visibility: Noting how many projects receive support or attention after being featured on the podcast.

We will provide a monthly report detailing these metrics to the Catalyst team.

How does the cost of the project represent value for money for the Cardano ecosystem?

The funding request for Descentralización Total is a crucial investment to enhance the quality and reach of our content within the Cardano ecosystem. Here’s why it represents good value for money:

  1. Quality Production: Investing in software and equipment is essential for creating high-quality content. For example, the annual license for Streamyard allows us to stream seamlessly across multiple platforms, reaching a wider audience. Upgrading our microphone, lighting, camera, and computer will ensure our videos are more engaging and professional.
