Solution
We will provide free Summon Snapshot Polling to all DReps and SPOs so they can gauge the sentiment of ADA Holders who have wallets delegated to them before making governance votes.
Problem
Cardano Delegate Representatives (DReps) and SPOs need a way to gauge the sentiment of their Delegators so that they can responsibly participate in CIP-1694 Governance after the Chang Hardfork.
