Our project aims to develop a unified platform that combines an Ambassador Management System, a Marketing Engine, and Gamification to onboard over 100,000 new users to Cardano within 24 months. This multifaceted approach addresses the need for a comprehensive onboarding solution, facilitating greater user engagement and retention.

Key components of our solution include:

  • Ambassador Management System: Building on our existing ambassador network in Nigeria, The Gambia, Kenya, and Ethiopia, we will expand into South East Asia. This system will track essential onboarding metrics, monitor ambassador progress, and ensure performance bonuses are distributed fairly, incentivising effective outreach and engagement.
  • Marketing Engine: Our viral marketing strategy will include a Refer-to-Earn programme that leverages both ambassador outreach and community referrals to drive user growth. This approach encourages existing users to share their experiences, amplifying our reach and fostering a sense of community.
  • Gamified Learning Platform: Users will engage with a dynamic learning environment where they earn OLI tokens as they complete lessons. Each new user will have a Cardano wallet created for them, enabling immediate blockchain transactions and enhancing their learning experience through practical application.
  • Wallet Empowerment: By integrating Cardano wallet creation for every new user, we empower them to earn and transact on the blockchain as they learn. This unique blend of ambassador-driven growth and gamification will drive new user adoption and ensure high retention and ongoing engagement.
