1. Gather important Cardano information and convert it into Russian, then produce a weekly video and publish on Youtube sharing the important information with the Russian-speaking community, so they are up to date about Cardano. The topics can range from governance, voting, project updates, project reviews, and more.
2. On a daily basis, answer questions from the Russian-speaking community on Telegram, topics usually ranging from wallets, staking, NFTs, defi, and more
3. Important to note that this proposal is aimed at the Russian-speaking community, which lives all over the world. It means that Russian-speaking community will spread what they know about Cardano to their foreign friends.

The main effect of continuing my work to create a Russian-speaking community and release Russian-language content will be primarily in attracting new users and integrating them into the life of the ecosystem. Currently, only I run a Russian-language channel, so if people cannot watch material in English, they come to my channel

By delivering video content the solution ensures that individuals with limited resources and language skills can access high-quality information about Cardano.

Now the proposer has experience in regularly running a Youtube channel and engaging the audience. Video editing courses were also completed.

It's necessary to have skills in social media, creating cover pictures, etc.
