For example, there is not enough Cardano presence in Turkey, but people who talk to me tell their friends and relatives about Cardano.

The proposed solution effectively addresses the challenge faced by the Cardano Russian-speaking community by providing continuous education and community building. I did my research and could not find Russian-language channels that explain in detail the topic of blockchain and Cardano in particular.

By delivering video content and text-based posts, as well as engaging on the Telegram group, the solution ensures that individuals with limited resources and language skills can access high-quality information about Cardano.

The benefits of this solution extend to the Cardano ecosystem in several ways:

1. Increased Awareness and Adoption: By providing educational content in the native language of Russian speakers, the proposal helps bridge the language barrier and enables a larger audience to understand and engage with Cardano. This leads to increased awareness and potential adoption of Cardano within the Russian-speaking community, contributing to the ecosystem's growth. Russia and Ukraine are among the 10 largest crypto communities in the world. These people speak Russian well, but do not always know English. The influx of new users into the ecosystem will be large if told in a language close to them.

Сonducting research and turning the research into video. Such type of work requires a high level of expertise and skills, including English/Russian translation/interpretation, Cardano-specific knowledge, additionally, text and content writing skills to make the content engaging and easily understandable.

It's necessary to have skills in social media, creating cover pictures, etc.

Why are the rates like that?

For a few reasons

• The proposer lives in Turkey where over 50% inflation rate in May.
• The channels will be managed by two people, so the cost of video production and English-Russian translations will be lower
• The price also includes advertising in other Telegram communities and other methods.

The value of such work in the future is very high, as new people with money will be attracted, and the influence of the ecosystem on the crypto community will expand (educating and onboarding Russian speakers around the globe).
