Solution
We plan to promote Cardano digital educational content, using the upgraded offline wireless server “Box Lokole Numerique”, we build and tested successfully with the Cardano community in fund 10.
Problem
In many rural parts of Africa, internet access is expensive or non-existent. This limits educational opportunities and access to valuable content, including blockchain and cryptocurrency education.
