Project Managment & Track Directory

Project Management & Track Directory, we want to be a platform for projects developed and funded by Catalyst to use to provide more transparency and visibility to the community about the project's development.

We will even make it possible to publicize the use of resources financed by Cardano through the Catalyst open innovation project, which will give more credibility to the entire ecosystem.

We will deliver simple-to-use tools to help manage the project to be delivered, as well as performance indicators and operation number panels, displaying the main KPIs of the developed project.

We will also create a newsletter to inform the community about the progress of funded projects, bringing the main numbers and also how Cardano's funding resource is being applied to projects.

A very important point is that we help the projects and also give feedback to the community if that project brought results to the Cardano ecosystem, this is the main question we need to answer.

The main challenge for the project is to get the founders and team of projects developed and financed by Catalyst to update the information and KPIs of the project's progress.

A lot of information is not disclosed, leaving only the project's technical team, so we need to engage and encourage them to be transparent with the community and publicize their numbers and results.

We will try to get this information through interviews and follow-up, but we depend on availability and clarity in sending the numbers.
