Production and marketing of honey by young people displaced by war in the Lac Vert district

Please describe your proposed solution.

Cardano has a lot to gain from executing this project. The project will technically engage Cardano ADA holders and serve avid users.

How does your proposed solution address the challenge and what benefits will this bring to the Cardano ecosystem?

The project is expected to boost the Cardano ecosystem, especially morale and enthusiasm for ADA transactions, by socially rewarding Cardano projects.

How do you intend to measure the success of your project?

The success of the project will be measured by the local consumption of the product within the community, and by the use of cryptocurrency (ADA) in the various transactions.

Please describe your plans to share the outputs and results of your project?

The project will be shared with the main Cardano communities (leaders and members) who will be invited to discover it

What is your capability to deliver your project with high levels of trust and accountability?

This project follows the F10 call for catalyst projects

What are the main goals for the project and how will you validate if your approach is feasible?

The feasibility has been proven. The goal is to have a way to measure the risk of the Cardano wallet/user. There are different ways to measure this, from on-chain data to collaborations with other projects. The project should be measured against its ability to deliver at least a prototype of this capability.

Please provide a detailed breakdown of your project’s milestones and each of the main tasks or activities to reach the milestone plus the expected timeline for the delivery.

Who is in the project team and what are their roles?

Mr. Bienfait SHUKURU, expert in Management, monitoring and evaluation of development projects,

Will be the creator, leader and director of the project and will delegate execution tasks.

Mr. Jacques SHARO, community health specialist, will supervise the project activities

Ms. Claudine MAFUKO NZAMURATA, agricultural engineer and technician in environment and sustainable development, researcher in natural disaster management will coordinate activities in the field

How does the cost of the project represent value for money for the Cardano ecosystem?

This project will contribute to the conservation of biodiversity, in particular bees and other pollinating insects, as well as to the resolution of one of the major environmental problems, in particular that of the protection of forest ecosystems, the natural habitat of bees, considered today as a sentinel of the environment and thus participate in efforts to engage in a response to the phenomenon of climate change by promoting agroforestry in fields completely deforested under demographic pressure.

All costs will be commensurate with the majority of the capital required for execution.
