Please describe your proposed solution.

This project supports projects whose budgets are too small to be submitted to Catalyst. Starting with projects that have already been consulted, we will develop a number of challenges that can be done within 100,000 yen to 500,000 yen, and from among them we will search for proposals that will lead to the next Catalyst proposal. I would also like to support Catalyst itself through these small projects.

In recent years, Catalyst's proposal hurdles have been raised. It is understandable that the reasons Hurdles cite are valid. However, the initial Catalyst goal of recruiting small projects to develop Cardano has faded.

On the other hand, failures of large projects are conspicuous at Catalyst. Some projects are decided to be adopted without proper planning, and some projects are withdrawn without setting milestones. These projects fail due to lack of preparation and marketing.

As a practical matter, I don't think there are many holders who write long documents and go through many reporting processes using systems they are unfamiliar with just to get a million dollars. But at least in Japan, I'm getting inquiries from people who have small but interesting projects in mind.

In this project, we will conduct sufficient interviews at meetups, etc., and also implement mini-catalysts that share opinions with the community and implement projects that have been approved. These can be wasteful, but at least they can prevent reckless project proposals in the next Catalyst. In addition, it is possible to find hidden possibilities by increasing the number of trials.

How does your proposed solution address the challenge and what benefits will this bring to the Cardano ecosystem?

Our proposal will solve the non planed catalyst project. Since there is a lot of less planning catalyst project with large badget, such kind of the project with high possibility of failed perturbate the well planed project. In fact, daedalaus turbo and many of project with large budget was stopped in Fund 9. I think the reason of these is due to the less information of proposer and proposed plan.

FOr these problem, our project can provide the "pre-catalyst information" for ADA holders.

I think our project will improve catalyst system and out reach the advantage of Cardano by the catalyst system.

How do you intend to measure the success of your project?

We will measure the effect of mini product and the proposal on FUND 11. Also, if some customers will be obtained by our project, it is also good for Cardano.

Please describe your plans to share the outputs and results of your project?

We will inform our result on SNS and catalyst Earstern Town Hall meeting.

In addition to this, we will report on the Crypto magazine which is proposed at FUND 10, if this proposal is selected in this round.

After this PR, we will meet the potential proposer and inform their idea to Community. If community feedback is positive, we will start project immediately.

The advantage of our project is realize speed. An instant idea sometimes grow to revolution for Cardano.

What is your capability to deliver your project with high levels of trust and accountability?

THe our project itself prevent low level catalyst from FUND 11.

The trial project will enhance the catalyst quallities, these will be proposed at next or later round.

Since, the proposer already succeeded to a small but important Cardano adoption such as Japanese Traditional Crafts NFT, Cardano plum wine and collaboration with a leading cloud company.

The pre-marketing is quite important for success of catalyst project.

We use this experience and network to support potential catalyst proposer.

What are the main goals for the project and how will you validate if your approach is feasible?

Our main goal is to succeed the mini catalyst project.

The positive feedback from the Cardano community is good.

Also these systems can be stop a non planned catalyst project.

Now, we have two ideas.

One is to estabish Cardano information center (probably with limited time).

The place anytime access with Cardano informations will encourage the brain stoaming and deep discussion. In order to reduce cost, we will limited the open time for this place.

Second is to establish mini NFT real product on popular place.

The easy access NFT will be good introduce item of Cardano.

20,000 ADA for milestone 1. We will make mini NFT product with popular place.

40,000 ADA for Milestone 2. We wil open the Cardano information center probably at Kyoto or Osaka Japan. Also asakusa in Tokyo is candidate.

15,000 ADA for the management, catalyst report and seek potential proposers.

How does the cost of the project represent value for money for the Cardano ecosystem?

I think 75000 ADA is quite reasonable value to stop waste use of the less planed catalyst project. Even though the proposal itself is good, it is no worth to fail the project due to less planning.
