Problem:

• Decentralized governance on Cardano, with its large and constantly updated knowledge base, poses many challenges for ADA holders to track and synthesize the necessary knowledge. They need a reliable source of information to understand the system, their rights, and how to participate in the decision-making process.
• In addition, a major challenge to attract them to learn is the need for an educational platform that is user-oriented, accessible, and intuitive.

Solution: Based on the problem we discovered, we wanted to create a Cardano Governance Academy on the Telegram platform to train users on the basics of Cardano governance with the following goals:

• User-oriented: An application that focuses on ADA holders with enough knowledge for them to understand how it works and fulfill their obligations to participate in governance while still ensuring they save time learning.
• Simple and accessible: We chose to develop on Telegram's mini app, the most popular platform for crypto users with a simple, easy-to-use interface, suitable for everyone. This will help users easily access, share and exchange with each other right on one platform.

Engage: Our focus is on ADA holders. They will come to the app to understand how to participate in governance of the network and make informed delegation decisions. The app will also attract investors and those interested in governance on Cardano to understand how the system works.
