KPI's / Metrics / Deliverables:
This Catalyst proposal serves to create and deliver the prototype Pathform app, build community, and begin community facilitation/dialogue. This packaging allows key aspects of the envisioned whole of Pathform to be present from the beginning, growing and expanding progressively subsequently with further funding.
-
Increased number of transactions on Cardano due to SingularityNET AI service calls, which runs on the Cardano blockchain.
-
Target number of unique active users (based in LATAM) in 12 months: 750 ~ 1000
-
Increased number of developers who learn about SingularityNET, shuttling them to build A.I. applications on the SingularityNET AI marketplace.
-
Expected improvement in well-being of LATAM users, as Pathform aims to track metrics around this.
-
Pathform's Spanish language capability to be expanded to Spain (population of >47 million) after LATAM traction.
We can start to formally measure the number of users after 6 months, once the prototype app has been deployed, marketing processes have been established and are well underway, and we have onboarded a critical mass of users.
In due course, once the app has traction with users and there is sufficient data gathered, AI (machine learning) models can be developed to personalize delivery of micropractices to users.

Risk analysis & mitigation:
Risk (1): Immediate hiring need. Our team is actively searching for a the talent specified in the budget. To attract suitable talent in a timely manner, we are offering (in the budget) salaries based on Uruguay market-rate salaries. This will also help to increase the chances of retaining talent beyond the initial prototype (3-month) phase as we scale.
Risk (2): Not reaching target number of users in 12 months' time. We have budgeted adequately for a marketing capacity in this proposal in order to begin building toward this goal from the beginning. Additionally, Pathform is part of the SingularityNET ecosystem, which has multiple projects with existing and expanding user bases that could be marketed to and leveraged.
Furthermore, we have included a Pathform proposal in the SingularityNET A.I. Catalyst Challenge, which budgets for a developer and marketing support in English, which will be applicable to the rest of the world. An attempt will be made in that other proposal to find a bilingual marketer, though that will not be a priority since Spanish language capacity is the scope of this LATAM proposal. Pathform founder Gabriel Axel Montes is of Latin American origin and bilingual (fluent; professional), and intends to develop Pathform in English for users around the world.
--------------------------------
Budget for marketing, development support, developer relations, and community facilitation only, for LATAM(3 months):
Micro-intervention development (Spanish): $6,000 ($2,000 per month x 3 months)
Community Facilitation (including Spanish language): $9,450 ($3,150 per month x 3 months)
Full-stack Developer: $7,200 ($2,400 per month x 3 months)
UI/UX Designer: $2,400 ($800 per month x 3 months)
Developer Relations Manager: $3,900 ($1,300 per month x 3 months)
Marketing Manager: $4,260 ($1,420 per month x 3 months)
Social Media Manager: $2,250 ($750 per month x 3 months)
TOTAL: $35,460
The Catalyst Fund7 budget has been intentionally kept as lean as possible so as to maximize reaching the first milestone within the constraints of the Catalyst program. Continuing the project beyond this stage will require further funds to be requested, which can be sought from future funding rounds/opportunities, as mentioned above.

Team Lead:
Gabriel Axel Montes, Ph.D.
Gabriel Axel Montes, Ph.D., is a neuroscientist, consciousness educator, leadership coach, and facilitator of personal and organizational development and transformation.
Drawing from over a decade of neuroscience and consciousness research and experience as a facilitator, Gabriel taps latent human capability to optimize processes and unlock value from existing resources and human capital. He works to address today's global complexities and risks through the application of practicable neuroscience- and psychology-informed models and tools that elucidate the subtle habitual patterns at the root of inefficiencies. In his work, Gabriel promotes and teaches meta-learning—the capacity of "learning to learn", adapt, grow, change, and collaborate— to maximize human capability during organizational change.
Gabriel helps organizations synergize the relationship between human capital and technology implementation during digital transformation. He has worked with SingularityNET, the world's premier decentralized A(G)I organization, first by participating in the management of the initial $36 million fundraise as part of the launch team, and more recently he served as Head of People/HR, leading a doubling of staff count during a rapid growth phase and facilitating organizational development, collaboration, and well-being among its staff. Gabriel has conducted research in various subfields of neuroscience and published seminal work on the crucial role of neuroscience and consciousness in the design and ethics of artificial general intelligence (AGI) and virtual and augmented reality technologies.
A Puerto Rico native and born of Cuban and Puerto Rican parents, Gabriel is bilingual (English & Spanish), an author, and an international speaker for diverse audiences on the intersection of consciousness, technology, and human culture, working and presenting at Harvard, Stanford, among various universities. Gabriel is a long-time mind-body/consciousness practitioner and instructor, eclectic experimental musician, and world traveler. For more information, visit neuralaxis.org.
