Please describe your proposed solution
If you are part of the Cardano ecosystem, it's likely you've heard, amidst various discussions, the pressing need for both projects and individuals, within and beyond the community, for Cardano to have more real-world use cases and a robust legal framework.
The main goal of this proposal is to initiate a series of legally binding transactions reflective of a tangible economy. These transactions aim to provide businesses with the necessary legal foundation, ensuring not only the enforceability of contracts but also the ability to seek full ADA-based restitution in the event of non-compliance through judicial channels.
The primary goal of this proposal is to conduct thorough research, drafting, and review processes by esteemed academics and professionals for the following business transactions. Once these transactions are accompanied by successful cases, the contract templates will be shared with the community, along with recommended guidelines for future engagements.
The identified business transactions to be undertaken include: loan agreements, employment or service provision contracts, purchase agreements, and potentially, real estate rental contracts, based on feasibility studies.
This proposal transcends mere research, as it entails drafting and implementing these contracts in a real economy, with real people and tangible assets, ensuring clear and certain legal and civil responsibility. Once these results are delivered and the success of the business is analyzed both legally and in its practical application in everyday life, the contract templates will be made available to the community for their future use at their convenience.
Therefore, the project will include research, drafting, professional review, real-world application, and community engagement for the creation of business contracts. Contracts for rental, purchase and sale, loans, and/or employment will be drafted, executed, and implemented based on the results of the investigations and their practical feasibility.
