Please describe your proposed solution.
As the worldwide hub of Information Technology services, South-Asia stands out in Haskell literacy. However, while the language is being taught ubiquitously in colleges and universities there is a major lack of awareness of its use cases particularly in the form of Cardano's Blockchain. We propose to build various platforms that cater to specific South-Asian regions fragmented by its plethora of languages brought together by self-governing DAOs. These bodies will accelerate the growth of the Cardano ecosystem by encouraging developers to build on-top of the Cardano blockchain.
Please describe how your proposed solution will address the Challenge that you have submitted it in.
By providing a collaborative platform region wise, developers from South-Asia will be able to understand the true scalability and functionality from leaders in the Cardano community. Understanding use-case of Haskell pertaining to blockchains from the experts in their own region will allow for a fairly straightforward and effortless exchange of knowledge.
What are the main risks that could prevent you from delivering the project successfully and please explain how you will mitigate each risk?
Fundamentally, the risk arises through incentivising the developers and members to adopt and build on the Cardano infrastructure. Mitigating this risk would involve providing rewards and grants to the members of the platform. Consequently, the lack of funds would be a major obstacle preventing this project from delivering on its goals.
