Our proposed solution is to create a series of engaging short-form videos that simplify key concepts of the Cardano ecosystem, including staking, governance, and decentralized applications. These videos will target new users by breaking down complex topics into digestible and visually appealing content. By leveraging social media platforms, the content will reach a broader audience, helping to onboard individuals who are unfamiliar with blockchain technology. The goal is to foster a better understanding and increase user adoption of Cardano.

Cardano is growing as an ecosystem and this proposal is aimed to support newcomers entering into the space. We will be able to measure the impact of this project by understanding key metrics found on video sharing platforms such as Youtube and X (formerly Twitter).

By understanding who has viewed the video content, we can get a better understanding of which subject matters are most beneficial to newcomers.

What is your capability to deliver your project with high levels of trust and accountability? How do you intend to validate if your approach is feasible?

Our project is being managed the Kaizen Crypto team, a well-established brand with the Cardano ecosystem. The current progress of the Cardano 101 Course is publicly available for anyone to view for free on YouTube: https://youtube.com/KaizenCrypto

Our team has been previously funded in Catalyst funding rounds, and we continue to find new solutions to existing problems. Our efforts to build on Cardano demonstrate a strong desire to continue pushing the ecosystem forward.

Milestone 1: Milestone 1: Content Planning and Script Development

Outputs:

• Completed research and outline for a series of 10 short-form videos, focusing on key topics like staking, governance, and Cardano wallets.
• Finalized scripts for each video, ready for video production, ensuring clarity and ease of understanding for new users.

Acceptance Criteria:

• An outline of 10 short-form video ideas will highlight key topics of the Cardano ecoysystem.
• A script will be provided for each video topic ensuring that the video will be less than 60 seconds in duration.

Evidence of Completion:

• Links to the outline and video scripts will showcase the completion of this milestone

Milestone 2: Milestone 2: Video Production and Editing

Outputs:

• High-quality production of the first 3 short-form videos, including professional editing and motion graphics to enhance engagement.
• Optimized video formats for distribution across social media platforms, such as YouTube and X.

Acceptance Criteria:

• 3 short form videos will be created according to their corresponding video scripts.
• Videos will be published to the Kaizen Crypto youtube channel and X profile.

Evidence of Completion:

• Links to the first 3 short-form videos on Youtube and X will provided to show the completion of this milestone.

Milestone 3: Milestone 3: Launch and Performance Analysis

Outputs:

• Publication of videos 4-7 across selected platforms (X and Youtube) with SEO and engagement optimization (titles, tags, descriptions).
• Data collection and analysis on viewer engagement, watch time, and user feedback to measure effectiveness and inform potential future content.

Acceptance Criteria:

• Short-form videos 4-7 will be created according to their corresponding video scripts.
• Videos will be published to the Kaizen Crypto youtube channel and X profile.

Evidence of Completion:

• Links to short-form videos 4-7 on Youtube and X will provided to show the completion of this milestone.
• Data collection statistics will include screenshots of metrics on X and Youtube

Who is in the project team and what are their roles?

Pritesh Gosai - Kaizen Crypto

Pritesh is a long-time Cardano community member who has been contributing to the ecosystem since 2017. He began creating educational content for the Cardano ecosystem in 2019 and has operated Kaizen stakepools since the Incentivized Testnet. Since then, he has gone on to create one of the most well established brands in the Cardano community with a Youtube channel that has over 1M views and 30k subscribers. He operates several stakepools and contributes to charity in India and Sri Lanka with operator rewards from Krishna stakepool. The Kaizen Crypto brand is now supported by several community members who span across the entire globe to continue the ethos of continuous improvement for Cardano. The Kaizen Crypto team has previously been funded through Catalyst for Lovelace Saga, Cardano Calendar, and the Cardano 101 Course.
