We will establish the value supported NFT market with Japanese Traditional Craftsman Group. We want to make this system as a standard for art type NFT and a way to save the art tradition.

Problem

The intrinsic values of NFT were questioned due to the absence of the supporting value . On the other hands, Japanese traditional craft face to crisis of survaival due to decrease of the Craftsman.

Please describe your proposed solution.

The new NFT market based on the value supported NFT will be clarify the problem in the traditional craft problem and also can be a kind of a new standard for art NFT.

The main problem of NFT market is an intrinsic value of NFT. SInce the NFT graphic itself can be seen by non-holder pearson through Pool.pm or other service. Therefore, sometimes irregale like NFT minting was occured. (Duped NFT)

In this sense, the origin of block chain character such as copy pretedted or hacking protedted was not kept for NFT graphics.

Therefore, the new role of NFT with supporting value should be established.

Already the game item type NFT like Stepn, the DeFi support type NFT like aquafarmer by Liqwid team and other challenges were establihed. However, the price value of these NFT was hardly depends on Crypto price. So the large volatility produce the value not for investors but for speculartors.

On the other hands, some traditional crafts face to crisis of survival.

For example, the Japanese original patch work "Kyo-nui" and the Japanese original crafting paper "Wa-Shi" are represented.

As you know. Japanese "Kimono" is quite famous. It is not so popular that the expensive high class Kimono require "Kyo-nui"(Japan traditional patch work" or resembling technique.

The "kyo-nui" was started from 1000 years ago. Even for this longer time past, this technology not to be lost technology.

However, in recent, the average age of the professional class craftman becomes higher than 50-60 years old. And there are quite small number of new person, want to be professional class.

The resembled situation is also repoted Japanese original paper culture "Wa-shi".

From these reason, we proposed a new NFT system based on the art NFT, of which the values were supported by real art such as Kyo-nui, Wa-shi and other traditiona crafts.

we want to show the model case of our system.

The purchase by our group is only start point of this system to encourage craftsman.

The NFT holder have a reservecd right for the original Crafts.

More precisely, the NFT has a role for the ticket to get original Crafts.

When the NFT holder or agent orderd by NFT holder go to the original craft strage place, the NFT holder can sent the NFT to burn wallet.

And, when our service staff (Probably the craft mister's companies staff or close to local government staff) confirm NFT burn, the NFT holder can get original item with the Jpg data, which is the base figure of craft NFT.

The key point of our idea is that the final NFT holder can be the craft product holder.

If they want to return the Craft to NFT, the craft mister check the craft condition.

The new NFT minting will be allowed.

For ideally, we hope the direct NFT minting by craft pdorucer, however, in that case

they have to wait to get money untill NFT is purchased.

Usually, the craftman is not so frindly to crypto, indeed the NFT is not so popular.

That's why, at first we purchase a few craft first, mint NFT, and sell on platform.

And, if NFT was purchased, we will buy the next craft to mint new craft NFT.

日本の伝統工芸保護NFT

現在、日本では伝統工芸を含む多くの伝統文化が存続の危機にあります。紀伊国屋を含む和菓子などの倒産も目立つようになりました。吉野川市でも、アマゴという川魚の養殖業者が高齢のため、引継ぎのための人を探していたりします。Cardano梅酒を製造している大畠酒造さんもご高齢と思います。

これらは、1970年代の高度経済成長期に参入した人々が50年経過したことによって高齢化し、世代交代が進んでいないということに起因していると考えられます。特に、1990年からの日本の景気停滞は、伝統文化保護のための経済的余力を削ぎ、高コストな伝統工芸品の衰退がはじまっています。

しかし、たとえば京縫は、平安時代から続く日本一種で、ロストテクノロジー化していない貴重な伝統文化の一つですが、すでに、京縫のための針の製造業者が広島県の一社しかなく、また、新たな今日縫い文化の継承者も非常に少ないという現状があります。阿波和紙のほうでも、やはり、職人の高齢化は問題となっています。

結局のところ、稼げないから伝統文化職人にならない。これが原因であるところが多く、なぜ稼げないか?といえば、西洋文化に対する明確な実用性自体があまりないからというのは否定できません。

しかし、世の中、まったく実用性がないはずのトレーディングカードや、ゲームのアイテム(実際には使用しない)などが高額に取引される事実があります。そうであるのなら、伝統工芸もすでにKIMONOと称して海外で評価されるようなものであればマーケットができても良いはずですが、それがないのは、基本的に中古などを含む転売が非常に難しく、保存状態なども信用できない。そして、購入する場合は保存状態に気を付けないと転売できない。そもそもマーケットが存在しないなどが原因です。

そこで、本プロジェクトでは、伝統工芸品を裏付けにしたNFTを発行して、NFTには伝統工芸品の交換機能を持たせます。メインメンバーの関係者に、本プロジェクトに理解を示す正式機関認定の伝統工芸士が存在するため、確かな伝統工芸品のみをNFTにします。

一応、ビギナークラス、エキスパートクラス、伝統工芸士クラスということでNFTのランクは用意するつもりですが、少なくとも伝統工芸品としての質を保っているか?は伝統工芸士がチェックします。

本プロジェクトでは、まず、スタートして、カタリスト資金で先に伝統工芸士からある程度の作品を買い上げ、厳重な条件で保管してもらいます。保管業者の信頼度は、和紙はキッタムの原田さんのご推薦、京縫はStake Pool オペレータであるRANKET2が長年師事している伝統工芸士の会社をスタート地点として、追加にあたってはかなり厳重な交渉を行います。すくなくともNFT作品の持ち逃げが、本人の名誉よりも勝るような相手は指定しません。

将来的には、NFTをキーにした保管ロッカーなども検討していますが、現時点では、NFTマーケットの開拓を優先します。

これにより、少なくともNFTマーケット上で伝統工芸のやり取りができるため、全国・世界的に拡張することも容易です。最終的には、NFTをBurnすることで、交換機能のないNFTと現物を引き渡すことが可能であり、結局は最もその伝統工芸を評価したユーザーに伝統工芸がわたることになります。

新しい試みですが、伝統工芸がCardanoを選んだ!という事実があれば、それは、長い間存続するチェーンとしてカルダノが認められた!というアピールにもなります。

Please describe how your proposed solution will address the Challenge that you have submitted it in.

Our proposal can explore new NFT market by Traditional Crafts or Art Group.

Probably, they are non-ADA holders, it also gain new ADA holders.

If our project will be succeeded, other craft or Art group join us and establish wider market.

I think this is suitable for the challenge and may be good news for Cardano platform since the success of our project can apeal " Cardano is long-lived design Public Block Chain".

The shot-lived system can not save tradtional culture.

This image may support large adotion of Cardano for large Companies.

What are the main risks that could prevent you from delivering the project successfully and please explain how you will mitigate each risk?

Main risk is the NFT selling.

When no one buy our NFT crafts, our project does not have any importantce.

In order to prevent this, we will promote to Cardano Community. Mainly for Japan Cardano Community(2000-4000 members).

And I and kittamu members are all ready recognized by Japan Cardano community.

I believe there is not so high risk for sarting NFT market.

Please provide a detailed plan, including timeline and key milestones for delivering your proposal.

At First, We will mint the NFT based on "Kyo-nui Art" or "Awa-Washi Crafts".

In order to encourage the traditional Crafts mans(Professional), we will buy the recommended crafts.

And mint the NFT based on these. Then, We will ask to put these NFTs on Cardano NFT market plase such as Jpg Store or Fibo(lanched by Emurgo recently ) The market place accepted our NFT will be used.

We will promote our NFT for mainly Japan Cardano community. We also perform PR offer to NFT communities like "NFT is community".

When NFT was sold and we received the ADA, we will keep the original Crafts with high security, and we buy NEXT traditional crafts for mint more NFTs.

(We are going to ask keep the original crafts by the traditional crafts compony.)

Finally, we want explore craftmans, who want mint NFTs with their original product.

Our poporse is to esbalish the new maketing method for the traditional craftsmans by using NFT markets.

1-2 month : Mint NFTs and Put them on the market place

serching suitable platform and apply to listing.

Establish keep original crafts with high security.

KPI : to mint 100 NFTs

3-4 month : PR our NFTs for ADA holders

Also serching new traditional craftsmans to increase NFT numbers

for establish new market.

KPI : to sell over 50 NFTs and add same numbers of NFTs.

5-6 month : Explore new Craftsmans to establish the traditional craftsmans market.

KPI : to mint over 50 NFTs by the craftsmans who agree to use our market without garantee of NFT sell.(We do not buy the original crafts. The original crasts send to the high secure storage only after purchase the NFT on market place)

The key point of our project is the cerfiticattion of the crafts by the craft mister certificated by government. The blockchain technology prevent the DATA or NFT from dupe or haking. However, if the original product is duped in real world. We can not distinguish that.

So, the craft mister certificated by government is important.

We hope other challenge scoped to other traditional crafts with same approach by other group, other country.

Yes. We will return to Catalyst fund if our proposal was funded and going well.

When our proposal going well, we have to automated bending and strorage system for the crafts or arts, these support the intrinsic value of NFT.

(In short, NFT key locker.)

We now consider the NFT locked strage for the real crafts or arts.

If the NFT holder send NFT to this system, NFT will be burned and the holder get original crafts or arts. When this system works perfectly by the smartcontract, this system can be decentrallized and the community can be true DAO.

Please describe what you will measure to track your project's progress, and how will you measure these?

  1. the numbser of the success in the sell of the NFT based on Japanese traditional crafts (hopufully up to 100)
  2. the join of new traditonal craftmans for this system (hopefully more than 10)
  3. A join of new traditional culture from other fields.

What does success for this project look like?

If we achieve the hopefully points descrived above.

We can emphasize the CNFT ablity to save the traditional Craft or art based on Cardano the long term planned block chain platform.

When the many craft or art culture mentioned this possibility, the NFT market and Cardano block chain are activated by both NFT maket customer and traditional craftmans community.

Finally this NFT based traditional Craftmans system become world standard, Cardano will be the world standard.

Our project is first step challenge for this purpose.

Please provide information on whether this proposal is a continuation of a previously funded project in Catalyst or an entirely new one.

This project is fundamentally orinal and new one.

However, a part of the idea and plan is continuous from Kittamu Project, which is funded in Fund6 and Fund7.

The meet up event based on these Catalyst projects accelarate new collaboration between RANKET & RANKET2 and Makoto Harada@Kittamu.
