Infinity Wallet is a decentralized all-in-one non-custodial wallet ecosystem and Web3 browser, that provides a one-stop solution for all a user's decentralized needs (a Wallet and Web3 browser super-app). Infinity Wallet is uniquely not a browser extension, but a stand-alone application, enabling seamless onboarding and easy access and use of crypto, cross-border payments, DeFi, NFTs and Web3. All within a single unique platform on desktop launched in 2020 and supporting around 56,000 MAU, with mobile version launching in 2024 that looks to redefine the mobile crypto wallet experience.

Additionally, users and developers can benefit from easy access to Web3 and DApps, via our unique Web3 browser and DApp store. Which is a browser built with enhanced Web3 capability, including an in-built app store to discover decentralized applications. Providing a far superior, safer and more natural user experience, with a range of unique advantages for users, DApps, and chains alike, enabling easier usage and adoption of Web3. What this does is remove the need to use basic and unfriendly browser extensions with limited UX and features to access Web3, that would otherwise be required in today's Web3 ecosystem. Which generally browser extension wallets are built more for the current user base of mostly developers, rather than for mass adoption by less tech-savvy users.

We're dedicated to enhancing the user experience, making the decentralized world more accessible for both novice and seasoned users alike. Our focus is on breaking down current barriers, offering an intuitive & complete one-stop in-wallet experience with a high quality premium user interface. Acting as a comprehensive hub and seamless multi-chain wallet solution, our aim is to streamline the onboarding process into the decentralized space and Web3, replicating the quality and ease of use found in Web2 platforms, while ensuring all user needs are met within a single user focused platform.

We will also be launching our highly anticipated mobile release on Android and iOS, which any existing support for Cardano on Desktop will automatically be expanded to mobile on its launch at no cost as long as Cardano is supported on Desktop before the mobile release, a sneak peak can be found below.

<u>Value add of the proposal</u>

Overall the delivery of this proposal will:

• Provide a unique &amp; complete one-stop native desktop wallet which is currently lacking in the Cardano ecosystem to tap into an unserved user base. Delivering a user first approach with a premium experience, from high quality UI, all-in-one one-stop experience (multiple platforms, features &amp; services in a single platform), and multiple UX enhancements, required for mass adoption by less tech-savvy users on desktop and soon coming to mobile;

• Enable Web3 to be more easily adopted and used on desktop via the first native desktop Web3 browser &amp; DApp store. Finally freeing desktop users from being limited to using only the currently existing solutions (unintuitive and feature-lacking browser extension wallets) to access Web3 and DApps. While providing a simpler, easy to use medium to access Web3 and discover DApps across multiple chains at the same time;

• Enable access to a platform that is actively solving issues within the space today. Such as, the need to learn and use multiple platforms for each chain, lack of live user DeFi &amp; Web3 support to help users learn and onboard, lack of limited in-wallet features/services with no complete one-stop wallet solution (limiting the user experience, along with user accessibility/usage), limited wallet solution types (mainly limited to seed phrase wallets), gas requirements (requiring a chain’s token to pay a fee rather than paying in the token transacting with), high swap as well as on/off-boarding fees, and outdated user interfaces with limited functionality. These all contribute to a bad user experience, which users currently have with the existing ecosystem, and are all points that we look to solve. With most platforms focusing more on the current existing crypto community, rather than on onboarding the masses of less technical end users and providing unique and innovative solutions to user’s needs;

• Enable easier ecosystem (DApps, Tokens &amp; other services) discoverability &amp; accessibility, while increasing/simplifying adoption through the Infinity Wallet &amp; Web3 Browser;

• Meet the high demand of user requests for us to integrate and expand the Cardano ecosystem;

• Gain a valuable new ecosystem participant/partner that looks to heavily invest and provide/contribute on an ongoing basis to Cardano and its ecosystem for years to come, from new developments, features/services, partnerships and driving adoption;

• Gain access to over 2,500,000 wallets created with the Infinity Wallet as well as all future Infinity Wallet users, providing ongoing awareness, adoption and usage of Cardano and its ecosystem for years to come;

<u>Traction &amp; Metrics</u>:

Below are some stats/metrics on Infinity Wallet (currently for desktop):

• MAU: ~56,000 on desktop as of August;
• Wallets: ~2,500,000+ wallets created since inception of the Infinity Wallet;
• Users signed up to be notified of mobile release: 124,000+ (~84% of users visiting Infinity Wallet are looking for a mobile wallet, so we expect a significant increase in MAU on launch of mobile especially since mobile users are more active, with an estimated 5x increase within the first 6 months of mobile release);
• Onboarding ~7,600 new users a month on desktop;
• Supporting users from 170+ countries;

At the moment most of our users come from organic sources such as search engines, word of mouth, partnerships and backlinks. In Q4 2024 with the launch of our highly anticipated mobile wallet we look to start being more proactive with user adoption, allocating more resources to both organic and paid user adoption methods to drive a significant increase in MAU &amp; Downloads.

<u>In what way will the success of your project bring value to the Cardano Community?</u>

Wallets are the core component required for any chain, enabling users to interact and onboard to Cardano, and access the Cardano ecosystem (Payments, DApps, DeFi, Web3, NFTs and much more). Making wallets the defining factor for usage and adoption of a chain and its entire ecosystem, however as of today wallets are one of the least well developed applications in the crypto ecosystem.

Today, wallets act mainly as an interface, serving primarily as a transaction signing layer, with very limited functionality or in-wallet features, requiring use of multiple platforms, and are generally lacking in basic UX, while providing very unprofessional, hard to use and aesthetically poor user interfaces, with most platforms built with a focus on developers rather than end users. This has been sufficient for the early adopters in crypto, however, for the next billion users to onboard, a more curated, frictionless and high quality user experience is required!

Desktop Web3 wallet options are limited in particular, delivering very little in terms of new innovation, or solving today’s issues, while requiring the user to install a browser extension, which is not the natural flow. Overall delivering an unintuitive and feature-lacking user experience, with limited or no native support for Cardano and its ecosystem/DApps, greatly restricting the possibility for discoverability and adoption.

For Cardano to compete and attract users and developers, it needs a one-stop wallet super app providing a seamless user experience, to enable users to onboard and adopt Cardano, and learn/discover the Cardano ecosystem as their home.

<u>How will you measure this impact?</u>

The success/impact of the Cardano grant proposal can be measured via:

1- The completion of all the deliverables and integration;

2- Live launch of the Cardano deliverables and support within the Infinity Wallet to over 2,500,000 wallets, along with announcements/marketing and default native support of Cardano;

3- The amount of Cardano DApp integrations into the Infinity Wallet Web3 Browser &amp; DApp store and partnerships with Cardano projects;

4- The amount of users that interact with Cardano and its ecosystem (eg. holding ADA or tokens, transacting, swapping, bridging, buying/selling, interacting with DApps, NFTs and multiple other features)

<u>How will you share the outputs and opportunities that result from your project?</u>

On completion and once pushed live, users will be able to download the Infinity Wallet for desktop (Windows, Mac and Linux) from the Infinity Wallet website. While existing users will be able to update the Infinity Wallet to access the Cardano developments and integration.

Additionally, we will share the developments/integration across our social channels, in-wallet announcements to over 2,500,000 wallets, subscriber newsletter, articles in our blog, create a custom webpage for Cardano on our website for seo, establish ongoing partnerships and work with Cardano DApps on integrations into the Infinity Wallet and cross announcements/marketing.

What is your capability to deliver your project with high levels of trust and accountability? How do you intend to validate if your approach is feasible?

As an already live and established innovating platform launched in 2020 and used by hundreds of thousands of users with over 2,500,000 wallets supported, we know exactly what will be needed to deliver the proposed deliverables. Additionally, our team has extensive experience from working on average 5-10+ years within the space, and we have also worked with multiple other chains on unique solutions over the years with a 100% success rate.

This grant proposal is for the integration and developments needed to support Cardano in the Infinity Wallet. There are no feasibility issues, we have completed a full evaluation of the requirements and developments needed to deliver what has been proposed in the estimated timeframe.

What are the key milestones you need to achieve in order to complete your project successfully?

Milestone 1: 1- Integrate core Cardano wallet functionalities to be able to interact with and utilize the Cardano chain (store, send, receive, create/restore, backup, balance tracking and other core Cardano functionality);

2- Complete transaction history with support for showing different transaction types along with the required data for users to easily identify types of transactions;

3- Transaction resolver for DApp transactions allowing DApp transactions to be linked to the DApp transacted with for easily identifying transaction history in-wallet;

4- Integrate support for Cardano tokens, with the ability to import non-default supported tokens, enabling easy use of all tokens on Cardano within the Infinity Wallet and access multiple features/services;

5- Portfolio dashboard &amp; analytics support, such historical price tracking, performance graphs, allocations and many other portfolio and analytical data for Cardano and tokens;

6- Swap &amp; Bridge support, enabling one-click swap/bridge from supported chains and their tokens to/from Cardano enabling seamless cross-chain communication and onboarding to Cardano from other ecosystem;

7- Buy/Sell support, enabling users to easily onboard into the Cardano ecosystem from/to fiat currencies;

Milestone 2: 1- Web3 Browser and connector integration, allowing for seamless transacting and connecting to Cardano Web3 projects and DApps, removing the need for the user of browser extensions with the Web3 browser providing a more enhanced and user friendly experience to access web3;

2- Web3 DApp store for Cardano projects, to allow for easy discoverability and adoption of Cardano ecosystem projects;

3- WalletConnect integration for Cardano;

Milestone 3: 1- NFT support for Cardano, including NFT gallery to view all NFTs, individual NFT viewing with all NFT stats/information, ability to send/receive and easily buy/sell NFTs all in-wallet;

2- Integration of Cardano into all secondary features (Account Abstraction Solution, Address book, Payment requests, Market Stats/Alerts, Notifications, etc.);

3- Internal testing and auditing of the integrations and all developments;

Final Milestone: The final milestone would be the live release of the Cardano deliverables and complete integration on Windows, Mac and Linux.

Along with the following on live launch:

• In-wallet release and notification to over 2,500,000 wallets;
• Announcement across social channels;
• Native default support for every new user creating a wallet;
• Newsletter to subscribers;
• Release articles on Cardano and Cardano ecosystem projects we partner with in our blog;
• Creation of a custom Cardano web page on the website;
• Reaching out to Cardano tokens and DApp developers on integrating them into the Infinity Wallet &amp; Web3 Browser and cross-marketing activities;

Who is in the project team and what are their roles?

The Infinity Wallet team and project was founded in 2019 and the platform was launched in 2020. Since inception we have continued to operate as a free to use platform that is completely self-funded, without ever raising outside investment as a self established platform.

Our team has individually between 5-10+ years of experience within the space (as investors, miners, developers and marketers), as such we have gained a vast amount of understanding, knowledge, and experience over the years. This has enabled us to comprehend the major shortcomings, along with what is lacking and needed in the space. Additionally, team members have a general background in software development and UI/UX with between 5-20 years experience each.

The amount requested in the budget is to complete the outlined deliverables and integration of Cardano. All other expenses and ongoing expenses (such as, integration of Cardano into Mobile release, support in available future developments/features, ongoing operational/infrastructure costs, maintenance, Cardano ecosystem DApp support/integration, etc.) would be covered at our own expense by us supporting Cardano and its ecosystem.

How does the cost of the project represent value for money for the Cardano ecosystem?

The cost of this proposal is based on industry standards and the typical rates for professionals with the required expertise in Web3, DeFi and blockchain (generally $60-$80 an hour).

The grant amount requested would be used to cover the outlined deliverables and infrastructure that would be developed to complete the integration and support of Cardano in the Infinity Wallet, Web3 Browser and Infinity ecosystem, enhancing adoption and usage of Cardano, while also providing on-going value to Cardano and the Cardano ecosystem.

Cardano would not only benefit from the enhanced user experience, infrastructure, new services &amp; feature integrations, but also from being a part of our constantly evolving and growing ecosystem of multi-chain DeFi and Web3 users. Additionally, we would cover at our expense and Cardano would gain for free:

• Access to and adoption via our current 2,500,000+ wallets and access to all future Infinity Wallet users, driving on-going growth and further awareness and usage/adoption of Cardano;

• We will cover ongoing expenses, maintenance and infrastructure requirements for integrating and supporting Cardano;

• We will expand support for Cardano into our upcoming mobile release for FREE at no extra cost;

• Ongoing development support for Cardano within the Infinity Wallet into future features/services on a case by case basis (part of our current public roadmap can be found on page 27 here <https://infinitywallet.io/docs/Infinity%20Wallet%20Deck.pdf>);

• Collaborate and integrate Cardano ecosystem projects (DApps) with direct support for their projects within the Infinity Web3 Browser and DApp store for free, to help drive ecosystem adoption and usage (waiving our usual integration fee for Cardano DApps in an effort to drive growth and adoption within the Cardano ecosystem);

• Partner with Cardano projects to find ways to drive mutual value, adoption and solve issues within the Cardano ecosystem;
