Innovatio is a community of entrepreneurs, developers and early-adopters that was born in Catalyst Fund 3 and got its first funding in Fund 6, and a year later, has established itself as a community brand within the ecosystem, helping many members to achieve their goals in its Discord community with more than 500 verified members.

Innovatio's social networks are active on a daily basis, publishing a wide range of educational, informative and human content, as well as a community that continues to grow in size, interaction and scope. In it, Community Leaders Juan Pablo and Mauro help members every day fostering networking among members, reaching collaborations between projects and expanding professional and community contacts, as well as generating continuous value to understand how blockchain and digital media can revolutionize our lives.

On Innovatio's social media, the community is taking focus in line with their re-funding at Fund 7, producing content at a basic blockchain level to attract developers and entrepreneurs in the digital space. They have weekly sections such as:

If the proposal is funded, Innovatio wants to continue in line with this mission and move to a stage of community expansion to other major blockchains in the ecosystem, increasing the adoption, visibility, interoperability and collaboration of Cardano.

This will be achieved by adapting the audiovisual content already produced to discussion topics such as…

1. Solidity vs Haskell best choice for model business.
2. Best Apps used by start-ups to work together.
3. Similar projects and protocols in different blockchains.

This will also be accompanied by the job of our Community Leaders helping members of the community, Catalyst and other blockchains to connect, collaborate and start-ups.

Currently the Innovatio community is migrating to a web platform more simple and accessible than the current one (Discord) called Trible.so, looking for a greater humanization of its members, generating empathy and increasing engagement for its members.

This platform will enable the development of spaces aimed at fostering collaboration between members, projects and communities of the Cardano, Polkadot and Avalanche blockchains, through educational content, engagement between members, spaces aimed at multi-chain development and partnerships, etc.

Please describe how your proposed solution will address the Challenge that you have submitted it in.

The proposal is directly aligned with challenge’s guidelines, our entrepreneurs, freelancers and early-adopters public community, seeks to foster collaboration and interoperability between the main blockchain in the ecosystem.

Considering the important factors of Cardano, such as its high technical level in its smart contracts, making it not an easy blockchain to choose when it comes to development of entrepreneurship in face of Ethereum, Binance, Avalanche, Tron, etc. Solidity standard.

We seek greater adoption from Cardano’s SDK generating educational and informative content, encouraging networking and engagement between projects and members of different blockchains by providing dedicated and encouraged spaces for this purpose.

What are the main risks that could prevent you from delivering the project successfully and please explain how you will mitigate each risk?

The main risk is that we are currently in a bear market. If the market continues to fall, we are going to have a lack of attention at the social networks and marketing due to people unfollows news about the crypto world. To mitigate it, we will adopt a fast-moving strategy digging every virtual space and communities to publicize Innovatio. Community Leaders will do live sessions, challenges, interviews and interactions with people/projects/businesses with constant feedback with the inside team to make the necessary adjustments.

This proposal is about to create, develop and extend the following spaces for discussion in the Tribe Innovatio Community:

1. Space dedicated to resolving application, software, hardware, and other technical integration issues between ADA-AVAX-DOT blockchains "Cross-chain Integration Support."

2. Space dedicated to everything related to multichains events and special grants that encourage the development and adoption of ADA-AVAX-DOT blockchains "Multichains Events and Grants."

3. Space dedicated to multi-community support with partnership, collaboration and parnerships intentions ADA-AVAX-DOT "Cross-chain Community Support."

Innovatio's plan is divided on a monthly basis, in which the production of audiovisual content is planned accordingly, the ecosystems of the Polkadot and Avalanche blockchains are explored, and engagement among members is fostered on the Tribe platform.

September: Organization of the funds received to prepare the content with the community leaders.

October: Analyze the main spaces, forums, projects, communities and DAOs of both ecosystems to introduce ourselves in them, present our value as a community and obtain the necessary information for the drafting and development of our audiovisual content in social networks, also the creation of spaces in Tribe Innovatio Community.

November: Start publishing the audiovisual content already produced according to the information obtained, explain synergies, grants and possibilities between the different blockchains to generate engagement.

December: Develop activities to foster engagement, adoption and collaboration between blockchains and projects.

January: Continue carrying out the activities and content previously studied, taking advantage of the impact generated for the growth of Cross-chain collaborations in Fund 10.

Community Leaders Labor (Mauro and Juan Pablo): $5.200 x 3 = $20.800

Content Redaction (Santiago): $2.400 x 3 = $8.800

Content Creator: 1 (Hiring) for 4 months. = $9.600

Social Media Production (Graphics, Videos, Ilustrations, Animations, etc): $7.200 for 4 months of content.

If the proposal is funded and receives good use by the community, it is likely to be resubmitted in future funding to refine this content and possible future implementations to further support interoperability, collaboration and relationship with other blockchains.

To measure the follow-up and impact of the proposal, Innovatio will measure the following metrics.

1. Number of members in each proposed space on Tribe.so
2. Number of publications related to events or grants in the "Multichains Events and Grants" space.
3. Number of participants in activities hoster by Innovatio Community.
4. Number of successful support in the implementation of a product/service in the "Cross-chain Integration Support" space.
5. Number of successful Partnerships multichains reached by Tribe Innovatio Community Space

What does success for this project look like?

In this proposal, Innovatio seeks to expand its reach based on its philosophy, fostering networking among entrepreneurs, developers and projects, providing them with a space oriented to it, with educational, informative, updated and close content.

Innovatio seeks to expand the knowledge of projects, synergies, communities and interests between the Cardano, Avalanche and Polkadot blockchains, building bridges to facilitate the adoption of tools, applications, technologies and knowledge.

We envision multiple members of the aforementioned blockchains exchanging knowledge, thoughts, views, philosophies, etc. Seeing interest from projects in joining other blockchains to offer greater interoperability.
