INDODAX & BAPPEBTI in collab with Institute of Technology Bandung to utilize & introduce Cardano in their ecosystem

Please describe your proposed solution

Solution Backdrop:

Consistent awareness growth of Cardano is most effective when collaborating with quality partners. Quality partners always have a multiplier effect.

This is proven by our funded theory in the form of a Fund10 proposal in collaboration with one of the top three universities in Indonesia, Gadjah Mada University.

One result from the above is a Fund13 joint proposal to integrate Generative AI and Cardano to UGM’s indigenous ventilator that has sales of $600.000 to $1.700.000 and is currently being offered and distributed to Japan through Adex Aile Co.,Ltd. Japan.

C3ETH (Eastern Town Hall) Indonesia now brings:

 1. Bappebti, the official Indonesian government branch that creates regulation and promotes on the use of crypto and blockchain
 2. Indodax, one of the Indonesian government partner that consults on crypto and blockchain whom are also the largest exchange in Indonesia that has 505K Insta followers, 696K YouTube followers, 180K X followers
 3. Institute of Technology Bandung, one of the top three universities in Indonesia that has 548K Insta followers, 180K YouTube followers and 928K X followers

Proposed Solution:

Conduct a series of events that develops from Indodax’s and Bappebti proven and successful event called “Indodax Goes to Campus” to specifically focus on integrating and promoting Cardano/Catalyst to Institute of Technology Bandung, Bappebti and Indodax's ecosystem.

 4. Social media reach: 13.000
 5. Social media interactions: 300
 6. Social media likes: 250
 7. Mentions/Comments: 50

Activation programs will need technical assistance from GameChanger wallet, Cardano Beam and Tarochi (Paima) to ensure their technology works as intended.

How does the cost of the project represent value for money for the Cardano ecosystem?

In terms of awareness through earned media:

 1. “Indodax Goes to Campus” 1-day event original version following metrics:
 2. Average participants: 200 individuals
 3. Social media exposure (across all platforms):
 4. Instagram engagement rate: 2,5%
 5. Facebook engagement rate: 0,7%
 6. Telegram views: 8,000
 7. Twitter views: 2,400
 8. Event partnering media: top 10 Indonesia online mainstream media
 9. Earned Media Value (EMV= impressions X CPM X adjustment variable): $6.300.000
 10. Were to be done independently without the partnership of Indodax and Bappebti, Cardano/Catalyst would have needed to expend a total value of: $14.872,4 per similar event or roughly 5X the total amount spent by partners above

In terms number of potential collaborations/partnerships:

 1. By partnering with Indodax who are incubators themselves opens avenues of future collaborations/partnerships with their ecosystem which independently would have taken more time and effort. Indodax ecosystem such as:
 2. Tokenomy - Decentralized Venture Capital to potentailly fund Tarochi (Paima)
 3. Nusa Finance - Web3 Finance protocol
 4. IDRX - Rupiah stablecoin
 5. Tennet Depository - Crypto custodian
 6. BlockdevID - Blockchain dev community to potentially educate "user-friendly" Cardano languages such as Aiken, Opshin, MeshJS to their base
 7. By partnering with Indodax opens access to future collab with Indonesia’s crypto and blockchain regulatory body, Bappebti at the very least opportunities of promotion in local and regional events which independently would have taken more time and effort
 8. By partnering with Indodax, collab with one of the top 3 universities in Indonesia, Institute of Technology Bandung, allowed Cardano/Catalyst to easily form a partnership which will translate to ease of entry to other partnering universities. Which independently would have taken more time and effort

In terms of budget asked comparison:

 1. Eastern Town Hall Indonesia’s Catalyst School Indonesia proposal in collaboration with Gadjah Mada University which asked funding of ₳23.421,00 (at anticipative rate of 0.29) resulted to having a discussion to submit a collaborative proposal for their ventilator project mentioned as as per “Solution Backdrop” section
 2. “Indodax Goes to Campus” with Cardano which is asking funding of ₳44.756,25 will allow more avenues of potential collaboration in the future for it involves 3 (three) reputable entities with numerous researches and projects. Outpacing Eastern Town Hall Indonesia Catalyst School Indonesia proposal by 3 to 1

In terms value of workforce to projected output:

 1. Lowest minimum wage for US citizens is USD $7.25 per hour under the same assumption same work hours of their Indonesian counterparts = USD $1.334 per month = IDR 20.276.800 per month or 4X that of Jakarta's and 10.6X of Jogjakarta (this is not considering Jakarta is the second highest minimum wage in Indonesia)
 2. Lowest minimum wage for EU citizens is €399 under the same assumption same work hours of their Indonesian counterparts = USD $437,66 per month = IDR 6.652.432 per month or 1.35X that of Jakarta's and 3.5X of Jogjakarta (this is not considering Jakarta is the second highest minimum wage in Indonesia)
