GeroWallet X Bring - Building ADA Cashback Chrome Extension

Please describe your proposed solution

Implement an existing ADA cashback feature, offering cashback on purchases with <u>any payment method</u> from 4000+ top brands and retailers.

We’ll run a demographically targeted media campaign of in-store promotion banners, to constantly keep users aware of ADA cashback while browsing the store. This ongoing campaign will give us valuable data and insights, helping us learn how to grow the Cardano ecosystem and attract new users - <u>based on tested and proven effective results</u>.

We’re planning to analyze all the collected data, and create a detailed and informative knowledge base and guidelines for ADA mass market adoption.

The knowledge base will include data such as:

  • Audience - user personas: age, gender, location, devices, interests …
  • Media – channels’ effectiveness: stores characteristics, social media channels, web3 publishers…
  • Campaign: effective messaging, conversion rates, acquisition cost by channel…

The project is expected to impact the Cardano ecosystem by:

  • Cashback Chrome Extension - a new way of ADA offering - real value to Cardano investors
  • Bring new investors by enabling to earn ADA through a familiar and more intuitive experiences - for non-crypto users
  • A ‘proven mechanism’ that can be duplicated and enhanced over and over of approaching new users and turn them into new investors
  • A shared knowledge base for <u>all</u> Cardano ecosystem plays, to gain insight and use it as a powerful tool to expand the community

  4. Proven success of the concept (on a competitive extension) with much less cashback offerings from much less retailers - <u>1000 retailers</u> compared to our <u>4000 retailers</u>.

What are the key milestones you need to achieve in order to complete your project successfully?

Milestone 1: Designing the ADA Cashback Chrome Extension UX/UI

  • Plan the design with the cashback partner
  • Create all extension UIs - ADA cashback popup notification, deals feed, store-finder, search, filter by category, view rewards history, claim, FAQ, support and navigation to linked wallet
  • Chrome Web Store - write and design the extension ID for upload

Milestone 2: Building the ADA Cashback Chrome Extension

Adjusting Gero wallet with Bring’s application comprising of -

  • Chrome extension SDK for the wallet
  • Store-finder UIs (search, carousale, categories) for the partner wallet
  • Tokens cache for ADA
  • Cache UIs for the partner wallet
  • Backend support for all the above
  • QA all the above

Milestone 3: Marketing strategy and Campaign Launch

We are bringing cash-back to web3 at scale. Our vision is to offer everyone, including the least-savvy, web3 users, seamless access to crypto cashback via his/her trusted crypto platform.

The company was founded by Meir (Iri) Zohar, one of the key architects of modern ad-tech; founder (2007) of eXelate , pioneering the use of data as an integral part of the ad-tech ecosystem. Iri, together with the Bring team, have launched a proprietary platform, integrated with top retailers and brands and with leading crypto wallets, exchanges and other web3 conduits.

Additional 5,000 ADA to protect from ADA price going down (as most of our expenses are in USD). In case ADA price goes up we will buy more media and continue the campaign to keep appearance and gain more data.

How does the cost of the project represent value for money for the Cardano ecosystem?

The ADA Cashback Extension will start generating value from the early beginning and in relatively low resources since enhancing the ready made cashback implementation is cost-effective compared to developing new functionally from scratch.

Moreover, the data it will gain in a relatively short time, and the user insights will generate a priceless asset regarding the expansion of the Cardano ecosystem.

The existing feature has partnered with a massive amount of widely used stores and retailers, which will give exposure to ADA cashback from day one - the bigger exposure - the bigger conversion into new ADA investors.

We have carefully allocated funds to areas with the highest expected return on investment, ensuring that every ADA spent contributes directly to the project's goals.
