Solution

Integrate GenAI & SMPC as part of any Decentralized Funding platform’s Proposal & Community Reviewer process complete with interpretable dashboard that visualizes aggregated data of potential abusers.

Problem

The logos of the parties involved in this proposal which are; creator of the algo behind AltCtrl and C3ETH. It also shows the main entity this proposal seeks to assist which is Project Catalyst.

Blatant abuse of AI in Decentralized Funding platform processes is rampant and lacks tooling to allow human insight and interpretation of the centralized AI findings which potentially leads to bias.

GenAI Tooling to ensure Trust & Integrity of a Decentralized Funding platform including its Community Reviewer Governance

Please describe your proposed solution

Solution Backdrop:

Consistent awareness growth of Cardano is most effective when collaborating with quality partners. Quality partners always have a multiplier effect.

This is proven by our funded theory in the form of a Fund10 proposal in collaboration with one of the top three universities in Indonesia, Gadjah Mada University.

<u>One result from the above</u> is a Fund13 joint proposal to integrate Generative AI and Cardano to UGM’s indigenous ventilator that has sales of $600.000 to $1.700.000 and is currently being offered and distributed to Japan through Adex Aile Co.,Ltd. Japan.

<u>C3ETH </u><u>(Eastern Town Hall)</u><u> Indonesia now brings:</u>

  1. Proof-of-Integrity, an algorithm where the main function is to assess each point of data target and aggregate them through multiple data analysis nodes to ensure aggregated data results have minimum lean towards hallucination or bias free. This algorithm is already in use by this following start-up
  2. Proof-of-Integrity has corroborate findings in further detail by a Decentralized Funding platform, in this instance Project Catalyst, which has identified numerous malpractices in their Community Reviewer processes in the form of AI abuse and multiple accounts creation for rewards farming. This algorithm detailed findings of abuse; both AI generated &amp; multiple accounts can be found here (if your Community Reviewer ID is in the documents and you feel you have not done any wrongdoing, feel free to contact us)
  3. Proof-of-Integrity redacted findings and modus operandi has been discussed within the community as a sign of good faith and fair warning that there are active independent efforts to gauge the integrity and health within the Project Catalyst processes. This algorithm and it's finding has been discussed in this workshop

Proposed Solution:

Develop an aggregated GenAI Architecture which will adopt SMPC Technology and display it to Decentralized Funding platforms such as Project Catalyst to allow them to choose to integrate it as part of their processes. Specifically the process of Proposal and Community Reviewer assessment including assessing Community Reviewer malpractice of reward farming and multiple accounts.

<u>The research and development of the Minimum Loveable Product </u><u>(MLP)</u><u> consists:</u>

  1. Identify and mapping user pain points of Proposer and Community Reviewer processes in the current system
  2. Gathered Proposal and Community Reviewer data from Fund1 to Fund10. At the minimum Fund9 for initial assessment indicates this fund is the tipping point prior to mass gaming of Decentralized Funding platforms
  3. Development of the content assessment model
  4. Development of the GenAI and SMPC Layer 2 Architecture base design
  5. Integrate the content assessment model to the GenAI and SMPC Aggregated Layer 2 Architecture
  6. Development of an aggregated visualization of the assessments into a web apps and can be integrated to Decentralized Funding platforms such as Project Catalyst if chosen to do so or if it fits their development roadmap

Proposed Solution Integration with Catalyst Processes Visualization:

Shown in image below our Proof-of-Integrity algo flow that goes beyond the existing Catalyst assessment metrics which are; "Similarity, Profanity and Use of AI".

  • There are 5 (five) processes that will finally lead to insights that need to be verified by Reviewers
  • <u>Proof-of-Integrity assessment metrics are; "Similarity, AI Generated Proposal, Probability Nesting Reviewer, Irrelevant Proposal Development, Irrelevant Intention Review/Rationale"</u>. This can be seen in the "Proof-of-Integrity Aggregate Assessment" section
  • Reviewers are guided and educated the reason and process a specific review has been flagged. This can be seen in the "Verified Aggregated Insight" section

Proof-of-Integrity algo integration with Catalyst processes

Please define the positive impact your project will have on the wider Cardano community

Projects impact in terms of proven solution

Shown in image below our Proof-of-Integrity algo is able to automatically detect (have intentionally censored the Community Reviewer ID in question - can be viewed in the Google link above):

  • Similarity between various reviewers on a specific proposal
  • Determine they are either using AI generated reviews -or-
  • Determine they are nest reviewers (reviewer's with multiple accounts)

Proof-of-Integrity algo capability

Shown in image below our Proof-of-Integrity algo is able to automatically detect (have intentionally censored the Community Reviewer ID in question - can be viewed in the Google link above):

  • Similarity between rationales cross fund
  • Determine they are copy pasting past reviewer works -or-
  • Determine they are nest reviewers (reviewer's with multiple accounts)

Proof-of-Integrity algo capability

Shown in image below our Proof-of-Integrity algo is able to automatically detect (have intentionally censored the Community Reviewer ID in question - can be viewed in the Google link above):

  • Correlation or not between rationale in the Impact /Feasibility/Resource and scoring chosen by reviewer
  • Correlation or not between proposal content and the rationale by reviewer
  • Determine they are either using AI generated reviews -or-
  • Determine they are negligent/low quality reviewers

Proof-of-Integrity algo capability

Projects impact in terms of awareness

  • Increase awareness of that Cardano’s decentralized governance or at the very least its decentralized funding platform is utilizing Responsible AI practices therefore further enhancing and signaling to other ecosystem of Cardano’s forward thinking and inclusiveness
  • Increased awareness of potential technology adoption in relevance to responsible and ethical Digital Transformation Pathway

Projects impact in terms of adoption

  • Increase further adoption/participation in Project Catalyst through the use of Responsible AI practices which will ensure the community on the trust and integrity of the processes involved

Projects impact in terms of collaboration

  • [SHORT TERM] Proof-of-concept can be chosen to be integrated by Project Catalyst to ensure trust and integrity of its assessment processes
  • [MID TERM] <u>Proof-of-concept can be chosen to be integrated by any decentralized funding platform such as DeepFunding</u>
  • [LONG TERM] Proof-of-concept can be chosen to be integrated as a part of Cardano decentralized governance as an effort of being proactive and preemptive cautionary action towards the potential abuse of AI

Dependencies with Project Catalyst IdeaScale proposal data and all Community reviewer data with specific targeted fund, Fund9. Reason being Fund9 has been identified as the tipping point of AI abuse. As part of Responsible AI, all detailed credential information will be masked.

How does the cost of the project represent value for money for the Cardano ecosystem?

In terms of direct budget safeguarding and optimizations:

  1. By funding this team you have directly contributed to increasing the integrity of Project Catalyst by <u>adding a layer of deterrence towards abuse of AI taking shape in identifying and multilayer vetting of reviewers</u> created by AI and in the future vetting of proposals.
  2. By funding this team with their proposal you have directly contributed to<u> safeguarding Project Catalyst treasury from malpractice taking shape in reviewers with multiple accounts and abuse of AI</u> with ill intent to purely raid our treasury.
  3. Having more robust safeguarding measures allows further trust on the integrity of Project Catalyst processes which can entice more quality collaborators outside the ecosystem.

In terms of budget asked comparison:

  1. Eastern Town Hall Indonesia’s Catalyst School Indonesia proposal in collaboration with Gadjah Mada University which asked funding of ₳23.421,00 (at anticipative rate of 0.29) resulted to having a discussion to submit a collaborative proposal for their ventilator project mentioned as as per “Solution Backdrop” section.
  2. “Project Catalyst with Proof-of-Integrity Algo Integration” which is asking funding of ₳74.250 will further strengthen the integrity of the processes involved in Catalyst and secure Catalyst funds from further exploit. Our algo in the previous fund, through only a small sample was able to detect potential fraudulent reviewers that has cost the community ₳60.000 to ₳100.000. Given free reign, we are confident we can save more.
  3. <u>Indeed Project Catalyst has enlisted third-party services for Community Reviewer validation though that is more of a short-term solution for AI has been able to nullify such service</u><u>s</u>. A predicament that is currently plaguing exchanges as reported here. In fact, if recalled correctly the current third-party services in use by Project Catalyst is the same services that Bybit is using, where it has been nullified by AI. Hence the importance of this proposal with our Proof-of-Integrity algo in all three projections; short-term, mid-term and long term will be definitely cost effective.

In terms value of workforce to projected output:

  1. Lowest minimum wage for US citizens is USD $7.25 per hour under the same assumption same work hours of their Indonesian counterparts = USD $1.334 per month = IDR 20.276.800 per month or 4X that of Jakarta's and 10.6X of Jogjakarta (this is not considering Jakarta is the second highest minimum wage in Indonesia)
  2. Lowest minimum wage for EU citizens is €399 under the same assumption same work hours of their Indonesian counterparts = USD $437,66 per month = IDR 6.652.432 per month or 1.35X that of Jakarta's and 3.5X of Jogjakarta (this is not considering Jakarta is the second highest minimum wage in Indonesia)
