1. The problem that prompted us to make a proposal to translate the book Cardano For The Masses_ published by author John Greene into Vietnamese language : In Vietnam, the main source of information about the Cardano Blockchain is on the official websites of IOG and the Cardano Foundation. Documentation is too academic. There is no single recommended learning order for the most effective learning. The entire document language is English. This proposal focuses on freeing up two issues, in order to provide a simple, accessible document in Vietnamese for beginners who want to learn and join the Cardano ecosystem.
2. The capacity and suitability of the team is the reason we approach the problem : By connection capacity, the copyright issue has been handled. Our team is a collection of individuals with good translation skills, video editing skills, content creators. Have in-depth knowledge of the Cardano Blockchain, and want to stick with this ecosystem for a long time. The administrator of the largest Cardano community in Vietnam helps ensure the most effective spread of output value.
3. Our target audience is : People who are having a hard time finding documentation and researching the Cardano blockchain. Students, students of information technology schools, programmers, everyone who wants to learn and join the Cardano ecosystem.
4. To demonstrate the impact of this project: In addition to quantitative indicators. The success of this project is also due to the number of people who know Cardano, 1. know about the Catalyst project and participate in Catalyst's global playing field. Help the ecosystem spread human values – those are intangible values that cannot be quantified by specific numbers (can be quantified in another specific project)
5. There are two distinct and unique points of this book and this proposal. We call it “Super Simple”:

• The difficulty of an ecosystem is how to attract and increase the number of users into the system. The goal of the book “Cardano for the Masses” is to provide the reader with an easy-to-understand overview of the Cardano ecosystem. This project is completely simple in terms of implementation, low cost. The power of simple things converges on one point – that is the success of this proposal.

• I did my pre-research comparing and “accessibility” several blockchain books on Amazon. The result of “Cardano For The Masses” is appreciated for its simplicity and closeness. Only author John Greene came to the IOG team with the desire to improve the content of this book. He is doing a Peer Review for his book. (Definition of Peer review: is the process of moderation by a group of experts – this is how a scientific study of Cardano is done) This is a major similarity between the author and Cardano.

We are in the digital era. As the 4th largest country in crypto adoption worldwide - Vietnam desperately needs Cardano and vice versa, to expand the Cardano ecosystem also needs a country with a top-ranking index like Vietnam.

How does your proposed solution address the challenge and what benefits will this bring to the Cardano ecosystem?

Why did we choose the book “Cardano For The Masses” ?

We have chosen to translate the book “Cardano For The Masses” to overcome this Challenge. This is the document that fits the category: Products & Integrations. One of the focus of this challenge is the idea of bringing a product or tool that brings more use cases into the Cardano ecosystem, attracting more users.

The video "Cardano for the Community: Voltaire Edition" by Charles Hoskinson gave us the idea for this project.

Why we choose Catalyst project?

It can be said that Catalyst is the place to bring dreams closer to reality. This is an environment that is always innovative, disruptive and constantly evolving in terms of technology. Benefits for the Cardano ecosystem:

There are no Vietnamese books on Near, Dot, Etherum, Cardano ecosystems.. Other blockchain documents are abstract and difficult to access. There is no standard version for all.

When learning about an ecosystem, there are 2 questions to ask: Where do I start? From whom will I get the standard information? This project will help spread the knowledge of the underlying Cardano blockchain. When fully equipped with knowledge, users will confidently make personal judgments about an ecosystem.

Some simple examples of Cardano's difference in terms of: Staking, Economic Tokens, Hydra, Ouroboros, how Cardano balances the Trilemma triangle .. there are many things to compare, easy to choose when having background knowledge.

Therefore, our success is contagious, positively affecting the Cardano ecosystem and other ecosystems in Vietnam. A good product will be proven over time. It will attract a large community of visionaries who want to be well prepared for the big Blockchain wave that will change human history. At the same time, it will become the standard ecosystem that other Blockchains can adopt.

How do you intend to measure the success of your project?

These measures are built on our actual capacity.

Youtube page, website will bring hits, likes, comments. Telegram groups will also be a place to increase visits, downloads, and direct feedback on the book. Live streams are the fastest way for the community to access works and recommendations, and live interaction can lead to positive results. The hardcover publication is a gift for reputable administrators in Vietnam that will help spread the value of the book to the wider community. All are ready. Therefore, these measures are absolutely practical to carry out the stated tasks.

Short-term: The success of the project will contribute to providing society with a useful, friendly document, bringing Cardano closer to the community. As for the Cardano blockchain, this is a media product. Give users more reasons to interact with the Cardano blockchain.

Long-term: The ecosystem is expanding and many people benefit from using the Cardano ecosystem. Many career opportunities are opening, here, right now, is Catalyst. There are multiple starting positions for each knowledge level.

Our output is: Cardano Bible: A introduction to the financial operating system - Vietnamese version. As PDF and Podcast files. Censorship and publicity at Cardano.vn CardanoPodcast.

Translated documents will be published as committed at FimiVietNamDev, Staking Group, PAcatalyst. Here, new outreach opportunities will appear for students of financial groups, Cardano Blockchain team members who are interested in learning Blockchain through our youtube channel. It is also a foundational material that we can use to learn and train new members. Check team input. The biggest success that we want to achieve is to become: A sustainable knowledge bridge – “Cross knowledge” between Blockchain Cardano and the Vietnamese User Community. Cardano will have a reputable data export portal in Vietnam – described as “Cardano Translation Ambassador”.

• We've been building the community since before the Catalyst project was born. Researching and documenting the Cardano Blockchain is our passion and strength. • High level of trust and responsibility: Our team was trusted by John Greene with the honor to represent and translate this book to the Vietnamese community

The project is divided into small phases, corresponding to a worthy budget. The work is assigned in detail, with clear KPIs (in the plan + cost table). Each stage will perform a specific task, the output is clearly described. All work progress will be reported at the Google Drive link. The big goal of the project is to improve the understanding of the Vietnamese people. Bring the vision of young Vietnamese generation to the world. Join the global community where technology lovers gather. Increase the number of users on the Cardano ecosystem.

We orient, the product of this project is the social media product, the success of the strategic project. Our aspiration is to become a Blockchain Cardano translation representative in Vietnam. Responsible for translating publications appreciated by the IOG team.

We have consulted and made sure to list in detail all the resources required for each stage and their respective costs.

1.Cost of translation of reference books at 2 sources:

Source 1: The translation project has applied for funding in previous funds: Haskell Book Vietnamese Translation and Japanese Translation of the Haskell Book. The approved translation fee is $10/page.

Source 2: Based on the company's quotation cost: Van Tin Translation. Is a large and reputable company in Vietnam. The price list we received is $5.3/1 page (click to view the quote file)

We do not have to depend on a 3rd party at all

The only cost of risk is in the part that the book will have multiple reprints, which has been budgeted for 10% of the total cost of 2758ADA to make all the changes forever to the book.
