I. Reason for access

1. The Cardano community in Vietnam is considered the most vibrant in East Asia, however those who know Blockchain and Cardano do not clearly understand the features and practical applications of this technology.

2. In Vietnam, there is no properly organized textbook or course on Blockchain.

3. The Cardano ecosystem is in the process of building its foundation and has strong development potential, needing huge resources from developers to create highly applicable products to bring the Cardano Blockchain to life. The current situation is that the Vietnamese community lacks knowledge about Blockchain, which affects the ability to incorrectly understand "Blockchain civilization". This issue is extremely important because Blockchain plays an important role in the change and "evolution" of humanity.

II. Targeted object

1. The free course proposal will target Vietnamese people, providing them with basic and advanced knowledge about Blockchain. We will provide learning materials and organize offline lessons to help the community understand Blockchain technology and its future applications. We will also build a support community with online forums and live training sessions so that the community has basic knowledge about Blockchain.

2. This free course proposal is also aimed at the general community, technology enthusiasts, and (future) users of products from Blockchain technology. We equip them with foundational knowledge so they can evaluate a good Blockchain and choose the right ecosystem to use. This helps the Vietnamese community fully integrate into the global Blockchain community.

3. The proposal is also aimed at people who do not know about Blockchain to participate in the course to improve their understanding of Blockchain for their own personal use and needs. This is also an opportunity for the community to participate in finding their professional position in Blockchain.

1. This solution is unique because it will create a truly quality Vietnamese Blockchain community and participate in building and developing a strong, sustainable, diverse and rich Blockchain in Vietnam, encouraging the collaborate and share knowledge.

2. The community will benefit from gaining knowledge about Blockchain, having the opportunity to expand and develop capacity to create products on Blockchain and increase career opportunities.

The solution of organizing a free course on Blockchain for the Vietnamese community will solve the challenge of knowledge shortage, providing the community with the opportunity to access and become familiar with Blockchain. By educating and supporting the community, we can create a rich and diverse Blockchain community in Vietnam. The course will also give the inexperienced community a head start in the world of blockchain. They can then build their own career by engaging in research, building a basic foundation, or they can also seek employment with other projects.

So this course will solve many problems at once that the challenge presents: help improve education about what is available in the ecosystem for developing or operating infrastructure. In particular, the course will also contribute to helping Vietnamese people have the opportunity to understand the Blockchain technology platform in general and the superiority of the Cardano ecosystem in particular. Furthermore, our course will create high-quality resources and standards for the community to use, improving the way communities can access and manage original content. Makes the Vietnamese Blockchain community in general easier to use and more accessible.

This project of ours will bring great benefits to the Cardano ecosystem. First, it will attract and create a large number of talented Vietnamese developers with Blockchain knowledge and skills, thereby expanding access to the Cardano ecosystem. This helps increase adoption and creativity on the platform, attract new projects, and enhance diversity in the ecosystem.

What is your capability to deliver your project with high levels of trust and accountability? How do you intend to validate if your approach is feasible?

Our ability to carry out our proposal to organize free classes on Marlowe for Vietnamese developers with a high level of trust and responsibility is based on the following factors:

1. We are the largest group providing information about the Cardano project in Vietnam. We have A Telegram group with more than 2700 quality members, YouTube channel, Cardano.vn information aggregation website. In addition, we also have classes on blockchain.

2. We have experience participating in Catalyst and successfully completed this proposal when funded by Catalyst in fund 7, fund 9, fund 10 and 03 proposed fund 11. So, that is the basis for us I make this proposal to help expand and develop the Blockchain community in general and the Cardano ecosystem in particular in Vietnam.

3. Experience and expertise: We have a team of lecturers and experts with experience and deep understanding of Blockchain and especially the Cardano ecosystem. Get the Influencer Coach skill and take the Plutus Pioneer course. Additionally, we have undertaken similar projects and have been successful in providing quality Blockchain course and training. (Since 2017, we have organized nearly 60 Blockchain courses for the Vietnamese community with nearly 1,500 students and received high praise from the community.

4. Infrastructure: We have invested in infrastructure to support course delivery. We use modern technologies and platforms to provide the best learning experience for developers.

5. Financial management: We, with members with financial expertise and experience in financial management for large corporations, have designed a strict and transparent financial management process. We will establish a financial monitoring, reporting and control system to ensure the correct and effective use of the above capital.

6. Collaboration and partnerships: We will build partnerships with relevant organizations, communities and companies to enhance project implementation capabilities. In particular, we have support in organizing the course from the Cardano Vietnam community. Therefore, We will utilize resources and support from partners to ensure the quality and effectiveness of the course.

7. We have a group and forum available for the Cardano Blockchain community who want to learn and regularly exchange knowledge and news about Blockchain platforms.

All of the above factors help us build an environment of trust and responsibility, ensuring the professional and effective implementation of the proposal to organize free Blockchain classes for Vietnamese people.

However, during the implementation process, we also identified risks, specifically: the number of students registered to participate in the course is too large, which will affect the quality of the students' output. To address this risk, we will take measures by: students who want to participate in the course need to have a commitment to learning results through a test on basic and advanced level Blockchain knowledge, must score from 160/200 points.

The main goal of the proposal to organize a free course on Blockchain for Vietnamese people is:

1. Increase knowledge about Blockchain: Provides a free opportunity for Vietnamese people to gain a deeper understanding of Blockchain technology, including the basics of its operation, potential applications and importance in the economy. modern digital economy.

To confirm the achieved goals of the free Blockchain course, we will use the following evaluation measures:

1. Student evaluation: Collect feedback from students after completing the course to evaluate their level of understanding and satisfaction with the content, presentation and quality of teaching.

2. Quantity and quality of projects/practices: Assess the quantity and quality of projects or practices completed by students after the course, thereby measuring the level of knowledge application in practice .

3. Course completion rate: Assess the percentage of students completing the entire course compared to the total number of registrations, thereby measuring student participation and interest.

4. Feedback from businesses and the community: Collect feedback from businesses and the community about the contributions of students after completing the course, including the ability to apply knowledge into practice and contribute for the development of the technology community.
