Expanding Cardano's Reach: Equipping the Community for Cross-Chain & Mainstream User Onboarding via Proof Of Onboarding (P.O.O.)

Please describe your proposed solution.

Our solution addresses significant challenges faced by Cardano: limited adoption due to the absence of user-friendly onboarding processes, especially for newcomers and existing crypto users. This challenge is exacerbated by the lack of marketing and presence at non-Cardano blockchain events.

Our unique solution combines two critical elements:

  1. Active Participation in Crypto Events: We will proactively engage with the broader blockchain community by attending prominent crypto event

  2. Proof Of Onboarding (P.O.O.): We have developed a revolutionary 2-minute wallet creation and airdrop system called CIP-99 Proof Of Onboarding (P.O.O.)

The beneficiaries of this initiative are twofold:

  • New Users: We aim to onboard a significant number of new users into the Cardano ecosystem. By simplifying the onboarding process, we make it accessible and attractive to both newcomers and existing crypto enthusiasts.

  • The Cardano Community: Our project extends its impact to the Cardano community by equipping them with the necessary educational materials and training to replicate our success. We envision a future where every Cardano enthusiast becomes an advocate for the ecosystem's growth.

This initiative is crucial to Cardano for several reasons:

  • Increased Adoption: By streamlining the onboarding process and actively reaching out to the broader crypto community, we accelerate Cardano's adoption.

  • Community-Centered Approach: Our project goes beyond merely increasing adoption; it focuses on empowering the Cardano community to drive growth. This aligns with Cardano's principles of decentralization and community involvement.

  • Broadening Cardano's Reach: Engaging with non-Cardano events exposes the ecosystem to a wider audience, fostering cross-chain collaboration and mainstream adoption.

  • Demonstrable Impact: Our approach is grounded in proven results. We have already conducted successful tests at various events, achieving redemption rates ranging from 12.5% to 40%. This demonstrates the effectiveness of our onboarding strategy.

Ultimately, our project's uniqueness lies in its community-centered, growth-oriented approach, making Cardano more accessible, user-friendly, and widely adopted in the ever-expanding blockchain landscape.

Please define the positive impact your project will have on the wider Cardano community.

Our Proof of Onboarding (CIP-99) project has achieved promising results during the pilot phase at various events, including the Edinburgh 1694 Workshop, Rare Evo, NFTxLV, and the NASCAR Race in Martinsville VA . Notably, the Martinsville VA Race, held in a non-crypto environment, exceeded expectations with a redemption rate of 12.5%. Other events also demonstrated substantial interest with redemption rates as follows:

  • Edinburgh Workshop: 40% redemption rate.
  • Rare Evo: 24.7% redemption rate.
  • NFTxLV: 27.1% redemption rate.

These successes validate our approach and its adaptability. As we transition into Phase 2: Mass Adoption, we'll actively engage in non-Cardano events, further expanding our impact on the Cardano community. We've proven the viability of our strategy and aim to inspire others within the community to adopt similar approaches, aligning with Cardano's mission of accessibility and user-friendliness.

Our community-centered approach includes providing essential tools like the "Blueprint" and "Onboarding Playbook" to empower the Cardano community to replicate our success at various events. This initiative perfectly aligns with Cardano's goal of decentralization and inclusivity, ensuring that blockchain becomes accessible and user-friendly for all.

What is your capability to deliver your project with high levels of trust and accountability? How do you intend to validate if your approach is feasible?

Our capability to deliver this project with trust and accountability is well-established. We've already created and deployed the Proof of Onboarding (CIP-99), which has been successfully used at various events, providing us with valuable data and a proven track record. This demonstrates our ability to develop practical solutions for onboarding users to Cardano.

Our feasibility is demonstrated by our measurable success rates, particularly in redemption rates at these events. We aim to continue attending the right events and reaching our target audiences effectively. We'll provide a video demonstration of our onboarding process to illustrate its feasibility.

Our extensive and engaged Cardano community, with over 94,000 token-holding wallets, a significant Twitter following, and a thriving Discord community of over 12,000 members, showcases our ability to deliver and onboard users. These strengths, along with our successful track record and partnerships, reinforce our mission to drive user adoption in the Cardano ecosystem.
