We will create educational content and hold workshops to introduce Turkish communities to Cardano’s blockchain. By building partnerships with local tech groups, we will expand Cardano’s influence.

This project will grow a network of Cardano advocates and developers in Turkey. Success will be measured by increased local engagement, adoption, and the development of new projects on Cardano.

What is your capability to deliver your project with high levels of trust and accountability? How do you intend to validate if your approach is feasible?

With experience in organizing tech events and educational programs, we have the skills to engage communities. Our team’s background in blockchain ensures we can provide accurate and reliable information. Also we are both managers in the EMU RPG School Club and have experience on hosting events with 100+ attenders so we are confident in hosting in-person events.

What are the key milestones you need to achieve in order to complete your project successfully?

Milestone 1: Establish partnerships with local tech communities and influencers (Month 1)

• Research and identify key Turkish tech communities, developer groups, and influencers to collaborate with.
• Form official partnerships to amplify outreach, including collaboration agreements with at least two major tech communities.
• Set up dedicated social media accounts and channels for project communication and updates.

Milestone 2: Translate and create localized Cardano educational materials (Month 2)

• Develop and translate beginner-friendly educational materials about Cardano’s blockchain and ecosystem into Turkish, ensuring cultural relevance.
• Collaborate with blockchain experts to create high-quality guides, video tutorials, and infographics.
• Publish materials on open platforms (e.g., GitHub, Medium, YouTube, Spotify) and share them with partnered communities.
• Begin targeted promotion of materials to reach developers, students, and crypto enthusiasts.

Milestone 3: Host two online events to introduce Cardano (Month 3)

• Event 1: Focus on the basics of Cardano, its blockchain technology, and staking. This event will be aimed at beginners and crypto enthusiasts in Turkey.
• Organize and promote the event via social media, newsletters, and partnered tech communities.
• Invite a guest speaker from the Cardano community to discuss staking and the advantages of participating in the ecosystem.
• Target 100+ participants for the first event.
• Record and share the event on YouTube and other platforms for wider reach.
• Event 2: Conduct an advanced session covering smart contracts and dApp development on Cardano. This event will cater to developers and tech professionals.
• Feature a hands-on demonstration on Cardano’s Plutus platform and its development tools.
• Collaborate with local developers to present use cases specific to the Turkish market.
• Target at least 150 attendees for the second event.
• Gather feedback through post-event surveys to assess the educational impact.

Milestone 4: Host a third online event and launch a Turkish-language developer community (Month 4)

• Event 3: Conduct a workshop focused on Plutus and Marlowe, showcasing how to build smart contracts on Cardano. This event will provide practical insights and include live coding sessions.
• Target an audience of experienced developers and blockchain professionals.
• Collaborate with Cardano developer ambassadors to ensure technical accuracy.
• Expect at least 100 participants from the Turkish developer community.
• Launch Turkish-language developer community: Create a dedicated online platform (e.g., Discord/Telegram) for Turkish developers interested in Cardano.
• Provide access to learning resources, coding tutorials, and networking opportunities.
• Engage with the community by organizing weekly discussions, AMA (Ask Me Anything) sessions, and developer support channels.
• Aim to build a strong community of 300+ active developers by the end of Month 4.

Milestone 5: Organize and deliver an in-person educational seminar (Month 5)

• Secure a venue in a medium-sized city(Famagusta, Nicosia, Kyrenia etc.) to host a full-day seminar on Cardano’s blockchain and its applications.
• Invite local influencers, blockchain enthusiasts, and developers for a hands-on experience.
• Ensure the seminar is recorded and share key takeaways through online platforms.
• Measure attendance and gather feedback from participants to improve future events.

Final Milestone: Evaluate project success, compile reports, and outline next steps (Month 6)

• Collect feedback from all attendees (webinars and seminar) through surveys and engagement metrics (e.g., webinar attendance, social media interactions).
• Analyze the impact of educational materials, track downloads, and social media engagements.
• Compile a comprehensive report detailing the project’s reach, feedback, and lessons learned.
• Present these findings to the Cardano community and propose next steps, such as scaling up the initiative to other regions in Turkey or expanding the curriculum.
• Plan for future initiatives, including potential PVE game development and further expansion of Cardano awareness.
