Content Development: Training materials (presentations, brochures, manuals) completed and reviewed. Content approval by blockchain experts and Cardano representatives.
Marketing and Promotion Underway: Launch of the event promotion campaign, with social media announcements, official invitations to legislators and officials, and coordination with press to ensure media coverage.
Administrative Approvals: Logistical approvals with the Buenos Aires Legislature (date, permits, technical requirements), and agreement of the parties involved.

Partnerships with Foundations and Entities: Formalization of partnerships with key entities such as the Cardano Foundation and other partners, which will include details about their participation in the event and technical support.
Attendee Registrations: Ensure that half of the expected guests have already confirmed their attendance (50 out of 100 guests).
Acceptance:
This milestone is considered successful when all logistics have been confirmed, technical equipment is booked, and at least 50% of expected attendees have confirmed their participation.
Milestone 3: Milestone 3: Event Execution (3rd month)
Key Criteria:
Event Development According to Schedule: The event must develop as planned, with talks, roundtables, and workshops running according to the approved program.
Participation of Legislators and Officials: Ensure the attendance and active participation of key officials, with a focus on the exchange of ideas and resolution of doubts.
Effective Technical Demonstrations: Blockchain and Cardano technology demonstrations must run smoothly, guaranteeing a fluid and educational experience for attendees.
Networking and Positive Alliances: Facilitate the interaction between legislators, officials, and blockchain experts, establishing new relationships that can continue working on legislative issues.
Acceptance:
This milestone is considered fulfilled when the event is carried out as planned, with a high level of acceptable attendance, active participation, and success in the demonstrations.
Final Milestone: FINAL MILESTONE: Post-Event Evaluation and Follow-Up
Key Criteria:
