Organize 6 in-person training sessions in major cities across Vietnam, targeting areas with a high concentration of ADA holders. The goal is to equip participants with a deep understanding of the DRep role and improve their decentralized governance skills.

Detailed Solution:

The objective of this project is to provide the necessary knowledge and skills to current and potential DReps, enabling them to fulfill their roles effectively within the Cardano ecosystem. The proposal includes organizing 6 in-person training sessions in major cities in Vietnam, such as Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, and Da Nang. Each training session will last for 7 hours, combining theory and practical exercises based on the DRep Pioneer program developed by Intersect. The key topics include:

1. Cardano Decentralized Governance (CIP-1694): An overview of Cardano’s new governance model.
2. Roles and Responsibilities of a DRep: Detailed explanation of the duties and significance of DReps in the Cardano ecosystem.
3. DRep Code of Conduct: Guidelines on appropriate behavior and attitudes required to perform the role of a DRep effectively.
4. Incentives and Compensation Mechanisms: Information on rewards and compensation mechanisms for DReps.
5. Tools to Support DReps: How to use tools to attract delegations from ADA holders.
6. DRep Registration and Voting Guide: Step-by-step instructions on how to register as a DRep and how to vote on the governance platform.

Highlights of the Training Program:

• Integration of mini-games, group discussions, and case studies to facilitate easier understanding and retention of knowledge.
• Training materials in Vietnamese, translated and compiled by myself and the ProSkills39 Team, eliminating language barriers and ensuring comprehensive access to DRep resources.

• Strengthen community engagement in decentralized governance, contributing to the sustainable and long-term development of the Cardano ecosystem.

What is your capability to deliver your project with high levels of trust and accountability? How do you intend to validate if your approach is feasible?

• I am a DRep Pioneer Leader officially selected by Intersect and a Cardano Ambassador in Vietnam, with over 4 years of experience in the Cardano ecosystem.
• I successfully organized 3 DRep Cardano Training sessions under the DRep Pioneer Program in June and July 2024, attracting over 40 participants and expanding the DRep network in Vietnam to more than 53 members.
• I hold certifications such as the CBCA and Blockchain Business Consultant from Emurgo. I am also a CIP-1694 speaker at the Eastern Townhall and a member of the Interim Constitution Committee (ICC).

With extensive knowledge and practical experience, I am confident in my ability to successfully implement this project and support the Vietnamese Cardano community in strengthening its role in decentralized governance.

1.Labor Costs:

The project’s labor costs, including material preparation, management, and trainer fees, are based on average hourly wages in Vietnam, ensuring fair compensation aligned with local standards. Supporters will be recruited from enthusiastic community members, providing cost savings compared to outsourcing (saving 33%). Additionally, as the project manager, I am committed to working with full dedication at a wage 41% below market rates, optimizing expenses while maintaining quality.
