Please describe your proposed solution.
Does Cardano have developers?
Does Cardano have intellectual capital?
Is it difficult to build on Cardano?
Is no one developing on Cardano?
Many research institutions claim that Cardano has a deficiency in attracting developers, and we simply do not have a database listing the developers who are building projects on the network, nor a catalog where entrepreneurs can search for talent for hiring.
I propose the creation of a web platform where developers building projects on Cardano can register (or be registered), forming a database of individuals with their technical skills, technical education, participation in hackathons, native language, proficiency in other languages, portfolio of completed and ongoing projects, and reputation provided by previous employers and business partners.
This will be a developer hub available to research institutions and, most importantly, to entrepreneurs seeking talent for their projects. They will be able to filter developers based on skills, projects they have worked on, and view rankings based on feedback provided by projects they have contributed to.
The platform will integrate with code repositories such as GitHub and GitLab, interaction tools like Stack Exchange, and social networks like LinkedIn, Twitter, and Discord. Its main objective is to facilitate the connection and communication between developers, entrepreneurs, educators, service providers, and event promoters for developers, such as hackathon. Additionally, it aims to provide clear data on Cardano adoption for data analysts.
