• This proposal is purposefully limited in scope, so the DGA, as a dGov body, can be developed gradually over time, in accordance with its spirit and mission.

• I understand that it's hard to assess the impact, or even the scope of success for this kind of initiative, but I believe it has the potential for huge upside and growth, with a modest price tag. I hope this will help CAs reconcile the uncertainty involved in this kind of pilot, with what it could become if successful in the long term.

• Even if there will be no further continuity in Catalyst to expand it, and even if this initiative will only bootstrap a small community that is active for a relatively short period of time, then I still believe the community will get a substantial Return on Intention for $9,600. And of course the goal here is to aim much higher than that.
