Create a Decentralized Cargo Platform (d-Cargo) that connects merchants with merchandise, agents and truck owners/drivers in such a way that they can find each other and transact seamlessly.
Problem
Trucks in Cameroon are most often loaded for only one leg of their round trip journey. They exist no platform to connect them to potential customers. This is economically inefficient.
