Why is it important?

There are 4 (four) key areas in which we will work to continue linking the world of HEALTHCARE with BLOCKCHAIN technology adn A.I. (artificial intelligence)

· 1.1.1) Launch the Citaldoc Health Token to impact in lower healthcare costs for the patients with the functions of a payment instrument, including rewards and being stored as an investment vehicle.

· 1.1.2) Transforming Citaldoc into a multilingual platform - Internationalization (I18n) and Localization (L10n)

· 1.1.3) Make a deep upgrade of the telemedicine platform Citaldoc.com with improvements in usability, services and facilitating global scaling.

Facilitating medical care for patients and health professionals.

· 1.1.4) Incorporation of an Artificial Intelligence assistant to guide patients in selecting and requesting care with professionals segmented by specialty, geolocation and time availability for face-to-face or remote appointments.

In this proposal we consider essential the launch of the Citaldoc Health Token

10 reasons why a healthcare token is important.

1) Launch a token with the functions of a payment instrument, including rewards and being stored as an investment vehicle.

A healthcare token has a direct impact in favoring access to efficient and quality medical care at a lower cost for the patient and recognizing the work of the healthcare professional who carries it out.

But it will not only have an impact on health, social and economic aspects, but also on education and scientific research.

2) The patients using the Health Token benefits from not having to pay Citaldoc's usage fees which range in case of payment with fiat money (30%) or ADA (10%), Health Token (0%).

3) Healthcare professionals who accept the token will be able to exchange it for ADA, which favors fostering Cardano's crypto and blockchain ecosystem and all its benefits of hoarding, transactions, and staking

4) The creation of a healthcare token is part of Citaldoc's road map.

5) In a second stage, the token can be used for the purchase of medicines, imaging studies, laboratories, interconsultations, medical supplies, hospitalizations, health transfers, medical education, etc.

We seek to be a channel to achieve lower costs in medical care.

Impacting in extending the community to other stakeholders that make up the health universe (clinics, hospitals, pharmacy, pharmaceutical industry, medical supplies, devices, governments, etc.).

6) The incorporation of smart contracts into the healthcare will be a step towards increasing the security and protection of patient’s sensitive health data.

The incorporation of self-sovereign identity systems and boosting scalability, decentralization, and interoperability with other systems.

7) The health token is an initial step for the future development of a global health coverage system based on a DAO.

Through governance, automated or non-automated decisions can be made to support common health situations, but especially those of greater complexity such as treatments for severe pathologies, oncological, neurological, cardiac, renal, endocrinological, transplants and experimental treatments that comply with bioethical standards aimed at curing diseases that are difficult to treat or lack treatment.

Thus, translating Citaldoc into more languages will enable us to escalate our telemedicine services, ADA payment methods and Cardano health smart contracts to be available to billons people around the world.

This action that will allow to reach more patients and health professionals in the world, will facilitate access to qualified, efficient, safe and personalized medical care.

This alliance will be fundamental to advance the milestones of the Fund10 proposal but also to broaden horizons of medicine and its link with the Cardano Blockchain.

The adoption of a health token and smart contracts of Cardano Blockchain in sensible health data such as doctor’s Prescription and Medical records will enable patients to have a more active role in the management and ownership of their health matters.

Euda <https://ask.euda.com.ar/> technology, based on OpenAI, which is self-personalized with Citaldoc data.

As it is self-configurable, it does not need to write the questions-answers like traditional chatbots.

Help2Health: Cardano + Citaldoc (ideascale.com)

In Fund 8 we have successfully completed:

1) In the area of remote medical consultation via video and messaging we enable ADA as a method of payment of professional fees with discounts.

2) We incorporated in Citaldoc's Electronic Prescription a bash script that notifies about the generation of the medical prescription to the Cardano blockchain.

The information sent contains the medical prescription with its respective data about the prescribed medication, indication (dosage and form of administration) and diagnosis.

In FUND 10 we present “Citaldoc Health Token + AI + Global” project includes the launch of a Health Token for medical care and the translation of the platform into more languages for the purpose of internationalization (I18n) and subsequent localization (L10n) of our Telemedicine services and an artificial intelligence (A.I.) assistant that guides and facilitates the patient to obtain face-to-face or remote appointments with a healthcare professional.

To be global we need to translate both the webapp www.citaldoc.com and the mobile applications (IOS & Android) into other languages, seeking the internationalization (I18n) and localization (L10n) of the services we offer.

Currently the platform is in Spanish, so the incorporation of other languages is mandatory for global scaling and thus obtain new professionals and patients from other latitudes, becoming global.

For this reason, the importance of working on Internationalization (I18n) & Localization (L10n) from this stage.

· In May 2024, we consider it successful to carry out the complete launch of the project and want to get between 50 health professionals to accept payment with ADA when it is available, and at least 300 patients carry out consultations and preventive controls using it as a payment currency and taking advantage of its incentives and bonuses.

These numbers must be put in the context that the crypto market is firmly taking its first steps.

It needs impact use cases such as Citaldoc would also impact the onboarding of new users (patients, health professionals, health companies, pharmaceutical industry, developers and other stakeholders) to our services and through us to the Cardano ecosystem.

We are sure that during the second half of 2024 the platform will scale significantly.

By having a robust medical care platform that links Blockchain technology and Artificial Intelligence

To achieve this, our platform and mobile applications will adapt to the new languages incorporated, as well as elements of the Cardano open-source collection and adding alliances with entities and references of the Cardano universe.

We understand that by incorporating more languages, global expansion could impact billons of people to whom our service will provide benefits in health care, equity in medical care and protection of their economy and health expenses.

• For Fund10 we consider relevant KPIs is to document the progress of the translation of the platform into English, French and Portuguese with human supervision and any automatic translations into other languages that we can incorporate

• Investment in the development area is the most important (76%) and fundamental to achieving Cardano Catalyst Fund 10's objectives.

1) In the field of remote medical consultation via video and messaging we enabled ADA as a method of payment of professional fees.

2) We incorporated in Citaldoc's Electronic Prescription a bash script that notifies on the generation o of the medical prescription to the Cardano blockchain.

The information sent contains the medical prescription with its respective data about the prescribed medication, indication (dosage and form of administration) and diagnosis.

This format ensures compliance with the laws of dissociation of sensitive data.

The information shared is useful for statistics, research and scientific exchange.

Taking advantage of the opportunities that belonging to the Cardano community offers us, demonstrating that we can deliver as we did in Fund 8 and continue advancing in adding people to the ecosystem so that this high-impact use case can scale globally.

Important to read

October 2023 will find us working on deep improvements that we define as an almost complete migration of Citaldoc to facilitate the usability of the system.

This point is vital as we must have a very robust platform for the global scaling we are aiming for.

We must become a platform where it is not only simple to make a medical contact but also friendly to the crypto and blockchain world.

We consider that if the objective is to scale the project and expand Cardano's blockchain technology through ADA fee payments, notification to the Cardano network of the generation of electronic prescriptions and the creation of a Health Token, it is mandatory that our Citaldoc platform has the best and updated technology and development possible.

For this reason, we detail the following actions in development and the estimated times for their fulfillment.

Our technological objective is to progress from October 2023 to May 2024 to a very friendly platform for all types of users.

1) The first Milestone in the Development area consists of a tenacious survey on the needs to be solved from the technical point of view in Citaldoc.

This milestone lasts about 6 to 8 weeks.

What does this fundamental action consist of?

Product “Discovery”

It is a joint effort with our technology partner EUDA www.eudaimonia.com.ar

Awarded as a success story in Latin America by Amazon and DigitalOcean. ISO 9001

A technical Discovery help to have a technical survey of the platform.

This survey will provide a holistic view of the current state of the platform and will allow to determine the areas that require improvement.

Steps to follow

The first step is to appoint a Product Owner from your company, someone who can dedicate at least 10 hours a week to work on the project.

A Product Owner is someone who understands the company's business objectives and can make decisions on behalf of the company.

He or she is also responsible for communicating the needs and requirements of the project to our development team.

Citaldoc’s Product Owner: Dr Jorge Nasanovsky

Once we have a designated Product Owner, we will start working, in collaboration with their team, to conduct a technical survey on the specific needs that the project has to solve.

From there, our team will work on an iterative process of the project specifications.

The estimated timeframe is 6 to 8 weeks. As an ISO 9001-2015 internationally certified company, we ensure that international standards are met.

Deliverable

The Discovery deliverable is a document that includes:

1.1 Technical Evaluation

a. Software architecture analysis: We will review the current architecture of the platform, identifying how the different components and modules are structured.

b. Qualitative Code Review: We will review the source code qualitatively looking for quality problems, such as duplicated code, complex and non-scalable logic, misuse of libraries, etc.

c. Infrastructure Evaluation: We will evaluate the infrastructure on which the platform runs, including server performance, scalability, load handling capacity, redundancy, among others.

d. Development and Deployment Process Analysis: Review of development processes and practices, including development methodology, version control, testing, continuous integration and continuous deployment.

1.1.2. User Evaluation and Quality Assurance (QA) Testing.

a. User Interface (UI) Evaluation: We will check the usability, consistency and aesthetics of the user interface. In addition, we will check if it adheres to UI best practices and standards.

b. Functional Testing: Verify if all functions and features of the platform work as expected.

c. Compatibility Testing: Verify that the platform works correctly on different devices and that it adheres to the best UI practices and standards.

BLOCKCHAIN & TOKEN

At the beginning of this presentation we listed 10 (ten) impact reasons for launching a health token.

The health token is the driver for this Citaldoc presentation at Cardano Catalyst Fund10 but for it to be successful we must continue to improve the platform and make it multilingual.

All this process is related to achieve the following objectives.

CITALDOC HEALTH TOKEN MILESTONES (IMPORTANT)

Regarding the stages of token creation, we can outline the following roadmap:

Define token technical details such as name, symbol, total token supply, decimal places, and any special features. Set up development environment and Cardano node.

December 2023 - February 2024: Develop Bash script code including logic and policies for token issuance, transfer, and management. Create PreProd test and deploy on mainnet. Implement token on mainnet.

January 2024 - March 2024: Prepare token verification on https://github.com/cardano-foundation/cardano-token-registry and at least 2 decentralized exchanges (e.g., minswap and muesliswap) with proper AMM verification. Fulfill reliability requirements like pool.pm verification, visible policyID on website, social media presence, etc.

March – May 2024: After extensive testing for correct functionality, distribute and manage tokens according to predefined rules and mechanisms. Ensure secure storage and transfer using Citaldoc and Vending Machine wallets for the first airdrop.

March – May 2024: Promote token adoption through marketing strategy, emphasizing use cases and benefits to increase visibility and adoption.

April 2023- June 2024: Maintain and improve liquidity pools, monitor AMMs and secondary market, and provide regular updates to ensure security, scalability, functionality, and token movement as the ecosystem evolves.

May - June 2024: Develop DApp and integrate it with the Citaldoc platform to receive the token and enable payment for consultations, based on the implementation presented in fund8 code.

Expand team

- Set up a multidisciplinary R&D team that will function as a think tank to apply ideas in healthcare and its link with blockchain, self-sovereign identity, AI (artificial intelligence), metaverse, interoperability, web3, gamification, etc.

To create this multidisciplinary team, we will turn to the international Cardano community because we want to count on referents and opinion makers who will be part of this health impact project.
