CHARLI3 -Real-Fi Data File and Record Management System On Blockchain

Please describe your proposed solution

The solution is to build a system to that uses the Oracle node system to gather and publish company data on-chain to maintain accurate records of updates to client and internal documents.

This system will require personal NFT identifiers for private, read-only, access from clients and companies.

A front end system will be built for updating internal directories, which will then be read via the oracle network and pushed on chain.

This will streamline data management systems by using just 1 service that is secure and accessbile from anywhere, improving quality of operations, costs and service.

As data is changed or updated throughout each work day, data managers can decide how often their data is uploaded to the block chain to control costs and levels of security.

Managing the data sizes will be a large point of research for implementation with the current oracle structure.

Please define the positive impact your project will have on the wider Cardano community

Web2 / real world businesses Integrating blockchain tech by showcasing the security and ease of oracle data management to real-fi industries will further the reach of Cardano and help to promote it as the secure choice for real world adoption

What is your capability to deliver your project with high levels of trust and accountability? How do you intend to validate if your approach is feasible?

Charli3's competence has been shown over the past 1.5 years of data management on chain with a 99.99% up time and accuracy.

What are the key milestones you need to achieve in order to complete your project successfully?

Milestone 1: present the first pilot company to build with

Milestone 2: present architecture for front end integrations and company framework for data input/updates

Milestone 3: Present architecture of identifier keys for on-chain read-only data storage

Milestone 4: present front-end client data update management POC

Milestone 5: Provide transaction data showing working POC for Oracle data updates from the client front-end and individual client access.

Final Milestone: Provide transaction data showing working POC on test net for Oracle data update from client front end and individual client access systems

Who is in the project team and what are their roles?

Charli3 Oracles main development and management teams team

TBD outsourced dev team

Please provide a cost breakdown of the proposed work and resources

we estimate 3 full time devs for 5 months at the least, plus scrum management, architect, and front end development for portal integrations

Devs ~ 85/hr x 2

Scrum manager ~ 100/hr

Front end ~ 75/hr

Architect ~ 125/hr

We aim to be as fiscally efficient as possbile

we will need to outsource for dev resources to help build this system further in accordance with client needs

How does the cost of the project represent value for money for the Cardano ecosystem?

Further extension into multi-billion dollar real-fi industries boosting the reach and acceptance of Cardano as a whole
