Vietnamese is the 21st most popular language in the world, with hundreds of millions of people. Vietnamese people are very passionate about Blockchain and Crypto, ranked 9th in the proportion of population holding cryptocurrencies and ranked 2nd in the popularity of cryptocurrencies. However, these people face barriers in terms of language and skills when accessing information on the Internet. So CEVI infor hub will be a good place for newbies to get knowledge and experience. Our solution to the Vietnamese community as follows:

• Provide high quality information and education by producing videos on Youtube.
• Share information about Cardano and projects on the Cardano ecosystem through social networks such as Youtube, Facebook and Discord. Leveraging the popularity of social networks to attract attention from the community, and bring more newcomers to the Cardano ecosystem.
• In-depth analysis of projects on the Cardano ecosystem
• Provide in-depth discussion topics for the community such as security, storing private keys, yield farming.
• Create a special program about Catalyst, aiming to train the development of PA, dReps from the community based on our experienced team.

Please describe how your proposed solution will address the Challenge that you have submitted it in.

The project will address the challenge by educating, building and developing the Vietnamese community.

• For Cardano, this project will help expand its global reach to one of the largest population groups in the world. It is very valuable to Cardano's reputation and lays a solid foundation for future expansion.
• Cardano Vietnam community has access to high quality educational information visually and vividly, presented briefly, easy to understand.
• Cevi infor hub also provides a healthy community for audiences to share knowledge, ask related questions and provide feedback.
• Encourage community participation and contribute useful information, suggesting content that is interesting to many people.
• Encourage community members to become unofficial Cardano ambassadors and spokespersons by spreading the content.

The Cevi info hub also contributes to promoting the Cardano ecosystem and attracting users from other Blockchain platforms.

After nearly 4 months of operation, our CEVI fund is currently holding about 1000 ADA and 68 NFTs supported by the community after receiving valuable shares from the group.

What are the main risks that could prevent you from delivering the project successfully and please explain how you will mitigate each risk?

Challenges: The market downtrend, the attention from the community for crypto projects is significantly less.

Solution: The Cevi Info Hub is only for information sharing, academic and educational, aimed at those who really love Blockchain & Crypto to bring real value to the community. Along with that is actively promoting widely on platforms such as Telegram, Facebook, Discord, Twitter to attract more attention from the community.

Total execution time for this recommendation: 3 months

Detail working plan for each week as follows:

The 1st month:

• Creating basic functions on the Discord channel, Facebook group, so the community could exchange information easily on these platforms
• Develop the necessary steps to be able to publish in-depth reviews of projects on the Cardano platform to share to the community.
• Publish 4 in-depth reviews for the community, observe community feedback and make appropriate adjustments if needed
• Open a marketing campaign on Facebook, Discord, Telegram & Twitter platforms to attract community attention and attract new users to CEVI info hub.

The 2nd Month

• Make 8 videos to share on Youtube for basic instructions for new users such as how to create a wallet, transfer money to another wallet address, how to buy and sell on the DEX.
• Publish 4 in-depth reviews for the community on Facebook, Discord, observe community feedback and make appropriate adjustments if needed
• Open a marketing campaign on Facebook, Discord, Telegram & Twitter platforms to attract community attention and attract new users to CEVI info hub.

The 3rd Month

• Publish at least 12 videos to share on Youtube upon request and feedback from the community.
• Publish 4 in-depth reviews to the community for the community on Facebook, Discord
• Open a marketing campaign on Facebook, Discord, Telegram & Twitter platforms to attract community attention and attract new users to CEVI info hub.

After each week, the whole team meets to summarize the work done, feedback from the community and from there learn from experience to implement the work for the new week better.

• Cost of scripting, recording, editing a video on Youtube: 150$/video * 20video = 3000 $

If you are funded, will you return to Catalyst in a later round for further funding? Please explain why / why not.

If we receive Funds, we will continue to come back to Catalyst to apply for funds in the next rounds to continue to build and develop CEVI info hub that brings value to the community.

If we cannot get funding from Catalyst, we will continue to implement our project as we are doing. Funding for project implementation will be partly supported by community donation to the project after receiving valuable shares.

Please describe what you will measure to track your project's progress, and how will you measure these?

In order for the progress of the project to be measured through the team's weekly work reports, in addition our works can be easily checked as follows:

• On Youtube Channel: Number of subscribers, number of views, number of likes
• On Facebook: number of members, number of posts & comments, number of reactions to the in-depth research articles.
• On Discord: number of members, number messages, number of reactions on the Discord channel.

What does success for this project look like?

The project is considered a success if CEVI info hub is known and appreciated by the Vietnamese community through its contributions. They can be quantified in numbers as follows:

Youtube channel:

• 2,000 subscribers & 50,000 views after 3 months
• 5,000 subscribers & 100,000 views after 6 months

Facebook group:

• 3000 member after 3 months
• 10000 member after 6 months

Discord channel:

• 500 member after 3 months
• 2000 member after 6 months
