Through a dynamic blend of media snippets, interviews, and skits, we strive to create easily digestible and entertaining content from the action captured at key blockchain events.

This content aims to activate wide community involvement as well as drawing on popular trends in short form content for increased exposure, shareability and a higher chance of digital virality.

Following a cultural shift to short-form content that resonates so well with younger generations, there is undeniable power in creating entertaining yet informative content; content that can not only spotlight Cardano but also cultivate a stronger and more interconnected community.

Well-structured and strategic event content has the ability to propel the reach of Cardano's involvement in major events beyond the event itself.

Our campaign for timely, smart and humorous ROUND UP content, amplified through the large social media accounts of the Cattle Daddy team and creative partners has the potential to significantly enhance the impact of the events beyond just the event attendees. This strategy is not only important in the mission to captivate and retain the interest of the active Cardano community, but it plays to the goal of appealing to audiences further afield too.

Our ‘Round Ups’ at Rare Evo, Cardano Summit & Blockchain Life will benefit the Cardano community in the following ways:

Engagement and Awareness: By creating light-hearted, digestible, and educational content centered around key events, we aim to highlight the contributions of creators and builders within the community while emphasizing the fundamentals of Cardano technology, its diverse use cases, and capabilities.

Community Building: Our content strategy is built on inclusivity and community empowerment. Our strategy will amplify community voices and strengthen connections within the Cardano community. Our goal is to create a welcoming and inclusive space where individuals of diverse backgrounds can openly contribute.

Digital Virality and Outreach: with a focus on fun, informative content, we aim to achieve digital virality; content that has the capability to reach an audience that extends beyond the current engaged and active Cardano community. By highlighting creative campaigns like Cardano Girls, which has reached over 1.9 million views, we demonstrate our ability to generate widespread attention and interest in Cardano.

Promoting Adoption: Ultimately, our content aims to promote widespread understanding and adoption of Cardano by making the ecosystem more accessible and engaging. By curating content and organizing viral campaigns, we aim to attract new users and creators to the Cardano ecosystem, thereby accelerating its growth and impact.

What is your capability to deliver your project with high levels of trust and accountability? How do you intend to validate if your approach is feasible?

Cattle Daddy is a creative media agency led by experienced women in marketing, content creation, and strategy. We boast a robust network of creators and a track record of successful viral campaigns, such as the Cardano Girls (#CardanoGirls) initiative on X, which to date has garnered over 1.9 million views.

We're well-positioned to curate unique content, including movements like Cardano Girls, skits, and innovative campaigns to 'round up' the best action from the chosen events.

To validate the feasibility of our approach, we will use several strategies:

Planning: We will conduct comprehensive research to plan our campaigns in regards to campaign objectives, target audiences, and analytics.

Engagement: We will actively engage with the community, partners, other businesses, to gather feedback and insights.

Transparency and Accountability: We prioritize transparency by openly communicating our progress, challenges, and successes with key stakeholders, in order to show how our actions are aligned with our stated objectives and commitments stated in this proposal. This could be in the form of a write up document that we will share at the end of our campaign displaying relevant feedback, KPIs and post-event evaluation.

What are the key milestones you need to achieve in order to complete your project successfully?

Milestone 1: Research and Event Analysis

  • Conduct in-depth research on the events, attendees, speakers and exhibitors to assist us in our content planning stages.

  • Define key messaging and themes to ensure alignment with Cardano's goals and values.

  • Community Mapping: Identify and establish connections with Key Opinion Leaders and partners globally to contribute towards content strategy.

  • Create a resource plan detailing the utilities and resources needed for content creation.

Milestone 2: Rare Evo (August 2024):

  • Produce high-quality content, including short-form videos, interviews, and skits, to spotlight Cardano, its builders and creators, and covering the main events at Rare Evo.

Milestone Metrics:

For Rare Evo, we will create 10 videos plus one long form complete event ‘Round Up’, covering the action from each event and showcasing our key content pillars:

  • Education.
  • Entertainment.
  • Community.
  • Innovation
  • Diversity.

All content will be created for distribution on social media, and will be shared by Cattle Daddy and/or Lily Brodi, to maximize engagement.

All content will be created in one of the following styles:

  • Interview, skit, highlight reel, entertaining short (BTS, Bloopers etc.), community collaborations, build/creator spotlight.

Post event analysis: evaluate performance metrics of content shared, gather feedback and insights to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for improvement based on feedback and data insights.

Milestone 3: The Cardano Summit and Blockchain Life (October 2024)

For The Cardano Summit and Blockchain Life, we will take key lessons learnt from Milestone 2 to design and execute content strategies for both The Cardano Summit and Blockchain life, that meet the following criteria:

For each event, we will create 10 videos plus one long form complete event ‘Round Up’, covering the action from each event and showcasing our key content pillars:

  • Diversity.

All content will be created for distribution on social media, and will be shared by Cattle Daddy and/or Lily Brodi, to maximize engagement.

All content will be created in one of the following styles:

Final Milestone: Post-Event Anal and Content Strategy.

  • Post-Event Analysis Report: Analyze performance metrics, including engagement rates, audience demographics, and content virality, to evaluate the success of the 'Round Up.'. campaign.

  • Adapt content strategies and production processes based on Post-Event Analysis and KPIs to enhance effectiveness and maximize impact for future events.

  • Develop a documented post-event content strategy aimed at maximizing the utilization and repurposing of our event-generated content and highlight key takeaways from the Round Up campaign. We will leverage these resources and ensure that no content goes to waste.

We’re a nimble team, and while small in numbers we are proud to have support from a vast network of creators and builders (e.g Cardano Girls, and the Clay community). This allows us to effectively scale our efforts and execute ‘double smash’ content, campaigns and reach.

Budget:

Cattle Daddy Round Up: Marketing and Content Creation at Rare Evo, Cardano Summit, Blockchain Life for Cardano Outreach

Budget for all three events - Rare Evo, Cardano Summit and Blockchain Life:

Tickets for the CD x 3= $2,270

Accommodation for x 3 = $8000

Flights x 3 = $6,600

Side events & catering allowance, compensation for project team members and creators for their time and efforts, room hire for shooting, editing, use of production equipment, promotional materials = $20,000.

Buffer for unexpected costs or miscellaneous expenses which will cover all aspects of content production, event participation, and operational needs = $7,000

Total: = 100,000 $ADA

The proposal is dependent on the chosen events (Cardano Summit, Rare Evo and Blockchain Life) proceeding as planned. A contingency plan will be in place consisting of backup events, in the unavoidable case that the proposed events do not go ahead.

As far as possible, we will work with event organizers and community contributors to ensure welcome and supported access for creating the best content.

The event hosts play a pivotal role in providing venues, logistical support, and event management services, ensuring seamless coordination and execution of activities. We will work with event organizers where possible to ensure our welcome and supported involvement for access to the best content.

How does the cost of the project represent value for money for the Cardano ecosystem?

This proposal represents value for money through the maximizing of event exposure and impact.

This proposal outlines how creativity, digital tools and social media can be leveraged to capture and share content of large events, providing the Cardano community with a wealth of marketing material that can be repurposed and distributed across various channels in the days, weeks and even months following an event, extending massively its reach and impact.

This approach is a great step in ensuring that the large investment of resources into these events yields the best returns possible by helping to maintain visibility, engagement and education over an extended period of time.
