Milestone 1: Research and Event Analysis

Conduct in-depth research on the events, attendees, speakers and exhibitors to assist us in our content planning stages.

Define key messaging and themes to ensure alignment with Cardano's goals and values.

Community Mapping: Identify and establish connections with Key Opinion Leaders and partners globally to contribute towards content strategy.

Create a resource plan detailing the utilities and resources needed for content creation.
Milestone 2: Rare Evo (August 2024):
- Produce high-quality content, including short-form videos, interviews, and skits, to spotlight Cardano, its builders and creators, and covering the main events at Rare Evo.
Milestone Metrics:
For Rare Evo, we will create 10 videos plus one long form complete event ‘Round Up’, covering the action from each event and showcasing our key content pillars:
- Education.
- Entertainment.
- Community.
- Innovation
- Diversity.
All content will be created for distribution on social media, and will be shared by Cattle Daddy and/or Lily Brodi, to maximize engagement.
All content will be created in one of the following styles:
- Interview, skit, highlight reel, entertaining short (BTS, Bloopers etc.), community collaborations, build/creator spotlight.
Post event analysis: evaluate performance metrics of content shared, gather feedback and insights to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for improvement based on feedback and data insights.
Milestone 3: The Cardano Summit and Blockchain Life (October 2024)
For The Cardano Summit and Blockchain Life, we will take key lessons learnt from Milestone 2 to design and execute content strategies for both The Cardano Summit and Blockchain life, that meet the following criteria:
For each event, we will create 10 videos plus one long form complete event ‘Round Up’, covering the action from each event and showcasing our key content pillars:

Post-Event Analysis Report: Analyze performance metrics, including engagement rates, audience demographics, and content virality, to evaluate the success of the 'Round Up.'. campaign.

Adapt content strategies and production processes based on Post-Event Analysis and KPIs to enhance effectiveness and maximize impact for future events.

Develop a documented post-event content strategy aimed at maximizing the utilization and repurposing of our event-generated content and highlight key takeaways from the Round Up campaign. We will leverage these resources and ensure that no content goes to waste.
