Please describe your proposed solution.

There are several endpoints from the NMKR API which we will build against.

The main ones all revolve around the whitelisting process and being able to automatically add users to the whitelisting for a particular NFT mint.

The CardanoPress team while develop a simple workflow that project owners and build upon where a users that has connected their wallet to the website will need to access a page, perform various tasks such as a poll or quiz to be able to gain a whitelisting spot.

Once the required actions are performed, the user will automatically have their address added to the whitelisting for the NFT mint.

The team will also build backend management to remove or blacklist certain addresses from the process.

Various gamification ideas can include:

• Hold certain FT or NFT assets within their wallet
• Read a whitepaper and answer an online quiz
• Play a game and reach a particular high score which is logged on the website
• Gain a certain level of experience points or engagement points on an online forum

All of the above scenarios are all possible with minimal coding work from a project owner integrating in the base framework integration between CardanoPress and NMKR.

How does your proposed solution address the challenge and what benefits will this bring to the Cardano ecosystem?

There are two main aspects of benefits from this proposal:

1. Increased users choosing NMKR as their platform of choice for minting NFTs. NMKR is already one of the most popular minting services on the Cardano ecosystem, having additional features will tick more boxes for projects that are investigating what blockchain and minting services to use.
2. Extra tool for creators and project owners. Having more options and extra functionality will help creators build interesting and engaging user experiences.

We're here to provide the tools and resources to unlock new ideas and use cases with the tech.

How do you intend to measure the success of your project?

We have three measurements of success for the NMKR integration with CardanoPress:

1. Increased signups to NMKR directly from CardanoPress plugin and resources. We track all outgoing links from our recourses via Bitly. An increase in these metrics is an indicator more people are interested in using the integration with NMKR.
2. Number of CardanoPress installs with NMKR increases. At the moment, the count is at zero. Any increase from the delivery of the plugin integration can be seen as a good indicator.
3. Increased usage of documentation relating to NMKR integration. As this section of the documentation doesn't exist yet, it should be easy to measure the increase of activity via Google Analytics and other traffic statistics.

Please describe your plans to share the outputs and results of your project?

We plan to share the results and various updates via our social media channels, website and the Learn Cardano YouTube channel.

This will be done on a monthly basis as well progress through delivering the project.

What is your capability to deliver your project with high levels of trust and accountability?

Peter Bui has delivered on three previous Project Catalyst submissions and delivered on producing other extended plugins beyond the three Catalyst Proposals, such as extend roles manager for access via NFTs. https://github.com/CardanoPress/plugin-roles-manager

What are the main goals for the project and how will you validate if your approach is feasible?

The main goal of the project is to increase the usage of NMKR and CardanoPress.

The objective of the challenge is to build on NMKR and increase its usage. From our support channels and monitoring of usage of the new plugin, we will be able to determine if the plugin has helped increase the usage of NMKR in the Cardano ecosystem.

We are aiming to see at least one new project a month investigate and enquire about the integration options for CardanoPress and NMKR.

Please provide a detailed breakdown of your project’s milestones and each of the main tasks or activities to reach the milestone plus the expected timeline for the delivery.

Milestone 1: Scoping (2 weeks)

This milestone we will determine the requirements from our community. Based on the integration goals, what will be useful for creators to enable the easier and most interesting whitelisting processes for their projects. This will be reported to the community in general.

Milestone 2: Design & Development (4 weeks)

This is the core of the project where we will design and develop the integration based off what the community and information gathering milestone has derived.

Milestone 3: Delivery of the plugin (2 weeks)

The final stage is the delivery of a stable version of the code and delivered on GitHub and the WordPress plugin directory.

Milestone 1: Scoping

• Scoping documentation and development plan for the plugin
• Video and social engagement on the planed development for the project.

Milestone 2: Design & Development

• Regular commits on Github on progress and BETA version for community testing

Milestone 3: Delivery of the plugin

• Final plugin delivery on Github as a stable 1.0.0 version and submitted plugin on the WordPress plugin directory.

Who is in the project team and what are their roles?

This project will be completed by the project owner, Peter Bui and WordPress developere Gene Torcende.

Peter is the creator and owner of the CardanoPress project. He is a Cardano YouTuber for the Learn Cardano Podcast and contributor to the Cardano ecosystem as a Cardano Ambassador and project ambassador for projects including:

• Fluidtokens
• Project Newm

Peter has had over 15 years of experience designing and building websites for clients around the world, providing technical services, support and training for open-source powered website.

Gene is a well versed WordPress developer with over 10 years and experience building WordPress websites and plug-in integrations for various websites around the world.

Peter and Gene have been working together servicing clients in Australia for over 5 years.

How does the cost of the project represent value for money for the Cardano ecosystem?

The costs are determine by industry standard rates that we charge through our own WordPress & web agency from experience working with clients over the years.

Our rate is set at $110 USD.

This is a fairly average rate for a web agency based in Australia. The average salary for a senior PHP developer in Australia is $150,000 AUD per year.
