1. The project will aim to face colleges and universities students as the main audiences whereby these students can be also the good medium to transfer the information to the community since these students came from the different parts of Tanzania and also from other countries.
2. By region to region travelling to meet our main audience since Tanzania is a very big country by square kilometers where colleges and universities are scattered in different part of the country this will help to provide trust to the audience as they will see close and accessible support from platform (cardano community).
3. The whole project will be facilitated using swahili language which is the first speaking language in Africa, so it will be able to penetrate and reach a wide range of people in Tanzania, East Africa and Africa in large.

Please define the positive impact your project will have on the wider Cardano community

The success of this project will bring the following impacts in wider the cardano community:

• Trust, In Africa communities people lost they are trust towards the blockchain and it application, and this is brought due to so many frauds in the crypo market witnessed in many African communities. This project will build back the trust from the people and hence the cardano community will get strength in Tanzania.
• Knowledge, by performing this project knowledge will be transformed to the people snd hence the cardano community will get more members with knowledge and skills about the platform which will be fully involved and contributing in the development of the cardano community.
• Prevent Frauds, In Tanzania societies we had witnessed so many frauds cases that are associated with blockchain system and this is because among the societies people dedicated to involve in blockchain systems but lack knowledge about it. The project will provide knowledge in which help to eliminate this issue and make the blockchain system to be the better place.
• Expanding community, Cardano seen to one of the growing blockchain platform in Africa especially in west Africa and by this project will bring about expanding the community in the East Africa and so cardano will be one of the dominating blockchain in Africa.
• Innovation Exchange, This project will also facilitated by hosting different public events in so different people with different ideas are expected to attend the event and hence this will help to provide an exchange of innovation among the attendees.

What is your capability to deliver your project with high levels of trust and accountability? How do you intend to validate if your approach is feasible?

The team is confident capable and feasible to deliver this project in high level of trust and accountability within budget and specified time. The team have experience on hosting different public events on the suitable ways of investment monthly discussion on digital marketing and also held events such as cardano summit in Tanzania ( <https://forum.cardano.org/t/cardano-summit-2022-dar-es-salaam-tanzania/111255> ) as well as cardano constitutional workshop in Dar es salaam Tanzania on Sept 2024 which were all performed in high level of success.

The team is confident that are capable to deliver this project as it's made by the youth of Tanzania that are seek and capable to deliver the opportunity in a high influencing way.

With a high level of communication skills and public speaking capability also the team have a prepared video clips that will also used to facilitate the project to make it more feasible and reach a wide range of people through social media in which these video clips will be in swahili language to enable the swahili speakers who are dominating in Africa to receive the information easily. Together with that will be prepared reading documents to facilitate the project in learning in which also will be in the swahili language.

What are the key milestones you need to achieve in order to complete your project successfully?

Milestone 1: In the journey of this project milestone one which is more important is registration of the foundation under the country rules and regulations in which this also will be provide trust to the audience who will be hearing cardano for the first time.

Also for the benefit of the successful for the coming milestone, there also be an advertisement and information for the whole process of the project journey in social media.

Milestone 2: Also in this project as explained that will be facilitated by hosting public events, so another important things are:

• Selection of the good part location around Tanzania in which public events will be hosted successfully twice in every month during the project life in different regions of Tanzania.
• Provide an invitation of the famous people/ person who lives outside the region or within the region who has been successfully to influence the attendees.
• In order to catch attention to our main Audience, will be also different entertainment as well as challenges that will be offered to the members and get rewards for the members who provide the best in the challenge.

Final Milestone: The project will be providing a monthly report to the community in order to give information about the project development.

Also the project to ensure it efficiency the other milestone to take is stay in the news and future development of the community. So the project will also participate in community issues depending on the needs of the specific community such as planting tress to encourage the environment preservation or by setting out dustbins in the different cites with a cardano tag for the good development of the Cardano community.

This project will be facilitated according to the milestones that have so many reasonable criterias to archive in order to make a project successful.

The following is the set of breakdown cost and budget according to the things that have to be taken out;

1. Event Hosting 52% of the budget

In order to organize an event there are sort of things to be carried on according to the format of the project jorney.

• Venue that might cost 10137 ada according to current value of ada, in which we will host 8 events in 4 months that is 2 events in each month in the project life.
• Transport 1720 ada During the whole life of the project the team will be travelling around Tanzania to ensure good access to the audience so transport in important for the accessibility.
• Accomodation and Catering 10621 ada also another important thing is the accomodation of the team in the different places as well as catering during the all 8 events.
• Media and Photography 4050 ada for the media publication and event records this criteria is also important.
• Advertisement and Products 6371 ada during the life of the project in event hosting audiences will be provided with products with the cardano tag to stay in touch and also the all events has to be advertised before to ensure the good attendance.

1. Contents creation 8.1% of the budget

one of the project outputs will be the creation of the contents that will be used to deliver the purposed information to the great mass through social media and other ways. The creation will be in two different forms

• video clips The team is plan to add more video clips that keep on providing awareness in swahili language in every week during the life of the peoject in which in video creation will cost 3406 ada
• Reading Documents and hands out also the team will be providing the hands out and reading documents to facilitate the project of creating awareness about blockchain and special of cardano.

1. Contribution to the community 11% of the budget

In order to the cardano community to be in the good future of the community, this project will dedicate part of the budget in the community to ensure that cardano will be on the important future of the community. In this part the team will be using the budget to solve some issues on the community.

1. Staff 20% of the budget

This project will be facilitated by the team and the staff members that will performing different roles throughout the project journey. So for the good efficiency of the staff and team member some of the budget will be indicated to the staff and team members.

Also the facilitation of this project in the part of events we will have special invitees that also are taken as the staff team member.

1. Challange Rewards 8% of the budget

As explained in the project milestone the project will create a monthly challanges to the community and also audiences that attended the events to ensure a good continuously communication among the project team and the community member of the cardano in which this challanges will aim on increasing awareness of the cardano blockchain ama well as ideas creation. In which this challanges will have a rewards for the best outcome from the challanges about 1080 ada for the winner each months.
