3. The Cardano community in Vietnam is extensive and primarily online-based, with limited official offline events. This situation restricts opportunities for members to interact and collaborate effectively.

Proposed Solution:

Boost the organization of regular Meetups in key cities across Vietnam, focusing on Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City.

Proposed Locations for Cardano Blockchain Meetups:

• Hanoi: The capital, hosting government agencies, universities, and leading businesses in Northern Vietnam.
