The implementation of this proposal will be carried out in 2 main stages, each stage of a different duration and with different objectives and scope.

This will be the stage of initiation which will last 45 days that will go from August 1 to september 15 and will take place in 2 fundamental parts:

  • PART #1: Initiation, execution and development of the marketing process and publicity of the tournament "Cardano league" Through social networks and other means will be held the call for amateur teams interested in participating in what will be the first tournament of our league, this call will aim to register a minimum of 16 amateur teams which must have a number of requirements to be registered in our tournament, which will ensure the participation of at least 200 to 250 people directly involved in this first stage of the proposal, in addition to people who can view the tournament through digital platforms such as YoutubeLIVE or Twich. (duration of 30 days)

  • PART #2: opening, development and completion of the first tournament of the "Cardano league", previously and randomly the 16 registered teams will be divided into 2 general groups where they will face each other, at the end of each group’s best teams will face off in a final to define the tournament champion. (duration 15 days)

STRATEGIES STAGE 1

  1. The tournament will be held in synthetic football facilities in optimal conditions, in order to ensure the participation and integrityof the 16 teams enrolled in the call.
  2. Each member of the registered teams must create and own a wallet linked to the Cardano network (maximum 15 people per team) (These people will be given an advice and approach on the functioning of a wallet, blockchain concepts and usability of Cardano)
  3. Each member who confirms their registration will receive a $5 ADA gift bonus to their created wallet which must be left in locked staking during the course of the tournament.
  4. Cardano’s image and logo will be present as a sponsor in all the elements used in the tournament, uniforms, balloons, advertisingposters, digital pieces, among others.
  5. Each match of the tournament will be broadcast on different digital platforms, during these broadcasts the image of Cardano will be visible and different activities and awards will be made to people who participate in these live, these awards will be made in ADA and will have certain conditions to be valid.

Final and tournament awards, the 3 best teams will receive different types of awards according to their positions, the 3 place will receive the equivalent of $100 in ADA, the 2 place will receive as prize sports items + the equivalent of $200 dollars in ADA and the first place will receive as prize sports items + direct registration to the next tournament + the equivalent of $300 dollars in ADA, these awards are of vital importance to generate interest of the teams in the participation of the tournament.

STAGE 2: growth

This second stage will be of growth and consolidation of the league "Cardano league" which will have a duration of 60 days that will go from 15-september to 30-november, at this stage the tournament will be regionally seeking to cover the southwest of the country and like stage 1 will be developed in 2 essentialparts:

  • PART #1: Initiation, execution and development of the marketing and advertising process of the regional tournament "Cardano league" through social networks and other means will be the call for amateur teams interested in participating in what will be the second tournament of our league, this call will aim to register a minimum of 24 amateur teams which must have a number of requirements to be registered in our tournament, which will ensure the participation of at least 2.000 to 3.000 people directly involved in this second stage of the proposal, in addition to people who can view the tournament through digital platforms such as YoutubeLIVE or Twich, (duration of 30 days) it is expected that thanks to the successful completion of the first stage in these calls it will not have greater problem to complete the minimum quota of 24 teams and can be up to 32.

  • PART #2: opening, development and completion of the first regional tournament of the "Cardano league", previously and randomly the 24 registered teams will be divided into 4 general groups where they will face each other, at the end of the 2 best teams in each group will meet in a short tournament to define the tournament champion. (duration of 30 days)

STRATEGIES STAGE 2

  1. The tournament will be held in a synthetic football facilities in optimal conditions, in order to ensure the participation of 24 or more teams enrolled in the call, to be regional level should be performed in different facilities by logistics and transport issues.
  2. Each member of the registered teams must create and own a wallet linked to the Cardan network (maximum 15 people per team) (to these people will be given advice and approach on the functioning of a wallet, blockchain concepts and cardan usability)
  3. The cardan image and logo will be present as a sponsor in all elements used in the tournament, uniforms, balloons, advertisingposters, digital pieces, among others.
  4.   • Digital platforms, on which and how many platforms or social networks will the marketing campaign be developed?, this proposal will have presence in 8 platforms such as the web page, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, Telegram, Youtube, Kick and Twitch, this presence will be evidenced by tracking tools such as google analytics.

  • Visits and interactions, what is the number of leads expected on each platform? , the objective will be to have an average of 4.000 to 6.000 people interacting in our platforms and social networks, this impact will be mediated through indicators (KPIs).

  • Scope of streaming, how many people will connect on live events? , through marketing strategies focused on live, an average of 2,000 to 3,000 people connected live for the initial events is estimated, However, the final events and awards are expected to have an average of 5,000 to 6,000 people connected live on the different platforms, this impact will be mediated through indicators (KPIs) and evidenced by monitoring reports.
