Cardano Hub Surabaya and Cardano Workshop Jakarta

Please describe your proposed solution.

Networking:

Maintain connections, and make new connections for real-world business to Web3. Offline meetings topic would be about business and how to integrate to Web3 in Cardano Blockchain. New use cases have been gathered and the fruit is having more connection as our new team members approach a lot of entrepreneurs and local industry/companies triggered to see how cardano chains support their effort. With the existence in the 2 top biggest cities in Indonesia, this Hub and Workshop shall be an ark for their aspirations. Companies and industries such as FMCG, or even Dredging, and other entitled companies below it, will have more access to the Cardano chain, the first thing to do is to gather the scattered people and make them aware of the other chain.

How does your proposed solution address the challenge and what benefits will this bring to the Cardano ecosystem?

> We will invite experts from several sectors of business such as:

Potential Directions for Surabaya Hubs

NFT enthusiast community from Surabaya,Indonesia who always comes to attend the meet up, with these Hubs, people will have more awareness and gather more people and have a broader audience.

Cardano Hub will surely get more supporters and audiences, as the place is comfortable and has been used before by Cardano Indonesia.

<https://goo.gl/maps/pqFWpEMb51f5iruo6> . It has around 3 floors that can be used for other events and all being provided and well known by the local community.

For Jakarta Workshop:

We have been collaborate with another coffee shop, organically they provide space and time for our proposal, <https://goo.gl/maps/ZLo95G1g82yH4bDZ9> more capacity for the attendees, and cozy place, as it is not being input as cost, we do have advantage from our networking resources and proofs of existence before.

What can we do to do different:

In hope that the creativity also emerges and makes use of the existing resources that Indonesia received from ETH,ECS,CI, Projects party under Cardano.

Our best practices will be provided by presenting the art of our member as a good example of creativity on NFT, rewarding people with gimmicks and others

Our team will be an extension of Cardano Indonesia with independent financing and support from this proposal.

and hosting online and offline events, mostly preferable that online media such as local podcasts for branding activity, goes to campus, and cross chain AMA with media as it is trending in Indonesia situations, such as:

Image file

Outcomes that can occur:

  • Conduct a meeting 2 times a month for core team to underlined the task and obligation necessary on leading and compiling multiple interest and issues that arise from the circles
  • Launch a branding initiative for Cardano Meet up at Surabaya or even online meet up Jakarta,
  • Provide AMA with community projects especially for the Cardano ecosystem and outside the chain as the arise of 45 cex with different segments:
  • Pure CEX
  • Shell companies
  • Hybrid products with securities(stock market)
  • Community from abroad and local
  • Local blockchain and crypto media with specific niches.

This can be done for early adoption and newbie audiences only.

Scale, Depth and Growth to expect:

  • The participants will be surveyed and collected by each after an offline meetup on the telegram group of Cardano Hub Surabaya and Cardano Workshop Jakarta altogether as scheduled.
  • The Reward system to gain digital proof looks like it will add more training certificates locally acknowledged by Cardano Hub Indonesia.
  • The participants will be considered to be a class with new understanding, therefore, the information from Hubs could be updated regularly without obstacles.

How do you intend to measure the success of your project?

> Impact Measure Management: to be faced upon the team members' private resources.

This proposal measurement will divide into 4 actions:

  1. Goals achievement
  2. The risk of less audience attending the offline meet-up will be considered and push the online meeting which will be conducted by Cardano Workshop Jakarta.
  3. While the return on investment will be converted to information as valuable assets and potential directions of :
  4. Bounty workers
  5. Proposal assessor
  6. Proposal creator
  7. Voters
  8. Project owner initiatives
  9. The liquidity part will be given by the reward system based on Certified Survey Hubs conducted by our team.
  10. Strategy
  11. Linear
  12. Pre-event shout out to encourage the audience to attend
  13. Events offline and online
  14. Parallel
  15. Catch up on local Events and announce branding content to close the gaps by engaging the community on social media for Jakarta and meet up topic discussion for Surabaya.
  16. Reporting back as a benchmark for evaluations.
  17. Evidence and Fact: Most Indonesian events have a similar timeline for discussing a topic in a week, with a specific niche and demographic being filtered by our team, we can conduct new topic discussions.
  18. Metrics:
  19. Risk and Contribution point of view.: To expect more enterprise from local entities onboard on our Hubs: the preparation will be driven to not being a security token since Indonesia regulations prohibit it.
  20. Timeline and Importance( Opportunity and Strength ): This mid-year is the momentum of gaining more members as the market is saturated and locals are having difficulty onboarding the chain and ecosystem.
  21. Targets:
  22. Professionals
  23. Students
  24. unemployed/ entrepreneurs
  25. Influencers
  26. enterprise/ representative of the company

Please describe your plans to share the outputs and results of your project?

Actively monitor the activity of members on telegram and attendees of offline meetups.

Sum up the reporting by adding Certified Survey Hubs with questions and rewards (gimmicks)

Several people attend and engage on social media pre-events and post-events.

Dependency on resources:

Only for matching the timeline of guest speakers to be invited to the Hub and Workshop

The information and bounty info will be displayed by real meet up and more penetration.

Approaching the web 2 entities will be shown by data and personal resources and linkages with each other for potential directions in the next fund or even independent acts of the members.

Experimental/experience:

One time event will not be adequate to convert the people into loyal members of even audiences for Cardano Indonesia, with fractional interest but no guidance for them.

What is your capability to deliver your project with high levels of trust and accountability?

Outline the main goal:

Gather the people to onboard Cardano Hub Surabaya and participants in Cardano Workshop Jakarta.

Escalate the interest of the new and existing members up to 1000 users across all segments and industries.

Unserved Needs:

Projected Outcome:

With timelines and visibility of the team members, we will conduct surveys and gather more resources in person, as could be the collective interest of the week, and direct them.

Market Survey:

Geographically Surabaya and Jakarta are the biggest cities in Indonesia

Demographic status: people who are interested to onboard web3 live in these cities

No competitor means no other chain establishes good fundamental information such as Cardano Indonesia.

Key Metrics to measure:

The overall key metrics would be:

  • Number of proposals derived from participating in Cardano Hub each event: @20
  • Number of people in Surabaya City being PA for future funds: 20
  • Number of new members joining university groups on Telegram and following Cardano Hub Jakarta-Surabaya, Indonesia social media: 30 for each university total of 60

How does the cost of the project represent value for money for the Cardano ecosystem?

Effective and Efficiency linkage from:

Input

Economical sharing valuation is needed and will be supported by both sides as the budget presents sharing capital and resources, allocation on hourly well spent on the process of initial activities till the output is delivered to the social media and community group. This will create healthy equity for Cardano to be converted into further action plans. Considerations of ADA used for financing the kinds of activities stated above are calculated for today’s rate.

Output

With adequate time and resources, even help to get more members from other communities will be executed organically and fairly. Structural barriers can be clearly defined throughout in-person meetups and scale-up through online explanations. This will result in a robust outcome and impact on society and people who already joined the Cardano Hub and Workshop.

Impactful yet Sustain:

The regeneration could happen and people could come from various industry, they will have more intention to invest, and allocate their resources as users, third party and with the group interest arising each month, we can eliminate unnecessary information, avoids the FOMO news, unfair treatment based on subjective measurement, and create proposals with collective patterns.
