What is your capability to deliver your project with high levels of trust and accountability?

Chadi has extensive experience in relations throughout the world, he has the knowledge and ability to create a “curriculum” for those to be exposed to Cardano properly. Nic has marketing experience and will present the curriculum in a way that is more digestible to a common trader or collector. We all have relevant experience in marketing blockchain projects, community engagement, event organization, and content creation. We’ve successfully led marketing campaigns in the blockchain space and possess the necessary skills to execute the proposed project.

What are the main goals for the project and how will you validate if your approach is feasible?

The main goals for the project include increasing awareness and understanding of Cardano among web3 communities, facilitating user onboarding, attracting high-quality projects, and contributing to the long-term growth and sustainability of the Cardano ecosystem.

The feasibility of the approach will be validated through several measures, including:

  1. User Engagement: Monitoring user engagement metrics such as views, likes, comments, and shares on YouTube, podcast platforms, and social media channels.
  2. Event Attendance: Tracking the number of participants and gathering feedback from virtual events and web3 conferences attended by the project team.
  3. User Growth: Monitoring the growth in the number of new users, developers, and investors in the Cardano ecosystem.
  4. Project Attraction: Assessing the number and quality of projects that are attracted to the Cardano platform as a result of the outreach efforts.

  • Milestone: Launch of virtual events, YouTube channel, podcast, and Twitter campaigns

  • Ongoing content creation, virtual events, and community engagement.

  • Milestone: Sustained content creation, engagement, and participation in web3 events (8 months)

<u>Milestone 2: </u>Launch of virtual events, YouTube channel, podcast, and Twitter campaigns (5 months)

  • Deliverables: Launched virtual events (Cardano Connect), YouTube channel (Cardano Outreach), podcast (Cardano Converse), and Twitter campaigns
  • Outputs: Published virtual event schedule, established YouTube channel with initial video content, launched podcast with initial episodes, initiated Twitter campaigns.
  • Intended outcomes: Increased visibility of Cardano through various channels, engagement with the community, growth in subscribers, followers, and listeners.

<u>Milestone 3: </u>Sustained content creation, engagement, and participation in web3 events (All through the 6 months listed above, work concurently)

  • Deliverables: Continued content creation for virtual events, YouTube channel, podcast, and Twitter campaigns. Participation in global web3 events. Creating and publishing virtual event content, YouTube videos, podcast episodes, and Twitter posts. Attendance at global web3 events and networking with potential adopters and developers.
  • Outputs: Regularly
  • Intended outcomes: Consistent engagement with the community, increased awareness and understanding of Cardano, growth in user adoption, developer engagement, and investor interest. Attraction of high-quality projects to the Cardano ecosystem.

The budget breakdown for the proposed project is as follows:

Phase 1 (Months 1):

  • Manpower: 13,000 ADA
  • Initial setup (equipment and setup): 10,000 ADA

Phase 2 (Months 2):

  • Manpower (5 team members, 8 weeks): 10,000 ADA
  • Ongoing costs for virtual events, YouTube channel, podcast, and Twitter campaigns: 20,000 ADA

Phase 3 (Months 3-6):

  • Manpower (5 team members, 36 weeks): 15,000 ADA
  • Ongoing costs for virtual events, YouTube channel, podcast, and Twitter campaigns: 20,000 ADA

Even though the total requested funds for the project amount to 88,000 ADA we are filling to fund the remainder on our own. The budget breakdown ensures adequate resources for team, equipment, software, ongoing campaign costs, and expenses for web3 events.
