This proposal main focus :

• Online Sector Events

Engage in Twitter Spaces discussions monthly in Indonesia language.

Conduct interactive Instagram Lives to showcase Cardano updates and insights.

• Offline Meetups

Monthly community gatherings in public spaces with comprehensive recaps.

Provide updates on Cardano ecosystem, organize social charity events, and foster collaborations.

Anticipate a surge in exchange volumes, driving more interest in Cardano.

Empower members with essential knowledge and foster camaraderie.

This proposal aims to catapult Cardano Indonesia to new heights by leveraging our existing social media platforms. Our focus is on maximizing engagement and expanding our reach. Twitter Spaces, as an addition to our repertoire, will facilitate interactive discussions and provide a platform to disseminate the latest updates from the Cardano Ecosystem. This platform is particularly effective in reaching crypto-savvy individuals, thereby enhancing awareness and fostering a deeper understanding of Cardano's developments among a knowledgeable audience.

Our main events in this proposal :

1. Offline meetups (once monthly)
2. Charity event (once during the proposal period)
3. Twitter Space monthly (once monthly)
4. Online comic book in webtoon (3 episodes)
5. Join major events through comic book to integrate with cardano
6. Instagram live

More exposure and brand awareness as a whole in Indonesian people, by maximizing all social media we already have in hand this would attract more users to the ecosystem, and the proposer want to keep maintaining the users we already have as well.

1. 3 Online workshop would be delivered by Zoom meetings. The meeting will be recorded and posted in Cardano Indonesia Youtube and Cardano Forum (Recap)
2. 3 Twitter space would be recorded and will be available in Cardano Indonesia Twitter account and Cardano Forum (Recap)
3. 3 Offline meetups would be delivered by recap in Cardano Forum.
4. Reach people and invite people by creating meetup links, online banner to post in Instagram, twitter and telegram groups.

1. More people know about Cardano ecosystem
2. Users would know that are Dapp in Cardano ecosystem

How does the cost of the project represent value for money for the Cardano ecosystem?

With the budget stated above, this proposal represent so much value for the ecosystem. The proposal itself have several project to maintain on, and the budget is below average of the usual payroll. This can happen because most of the team in this proposal are avid user of Cardano ecosystem and volunteered several of working hours to this proposal.
