Problem 1: exsiting misunderstanding about Cardano

• Cardano is grossly misunderstood in the Chinese media and crypto communities, due to poor reputation brought by scammers ( who are completely unrelated to the real Cardano Project) and a number of influencers making false allegations about Cardano
• Rumors against Cardano and Charles Hoskinson are believed by many in China. Some examples include: Cardano is linked with a farmer scam in China, Emurgo is a scam organization, Charles Hoskinson bought sexual service in Japan, etc. Pictures of details included in the attached pictures.
• Consequently, crypto influencers and educators avoid talking about the Cardano project, resulting in low awareness and lack of understanding of what Cardano truly stands for

Problem 2: language barrier

• Many Chinese crypto-enthusiasts are not fluent in English, when they see the amount of English technical news and information, many give up reading deeper
• People who try to understand the Cardano project often use Google Translate and the translation usually does not reflect the real meaning of the information

Problem 3: lack of accurate information and platform

• Current Chinese Cardano-related information is not properly ''curated'', most people use hearsay in group chats as guidance
• Lack of Chinese video content dedicated to Cardano/Ada.
• Due to the government firewall, Chinese people in China have limited access to many websites, therefore unable to cross-check the accuracy of information

TARGET AUDIENCE

• Chinese people who are interested in the crypto-sphere and want to learn more about Cardano, without the fluency in English and/or the access to a proper platform for information.

  Create accurate and easy-to-understand Cardano-related information in Chinese and publish them in video and text forms on the following domestic Chinese platforms and overseas platforms.

The budget will be used to cover the cost of the time required to conduct information research, accuracy check, translation, content creation, artwork, interaction with the audience, marketing and distribution of the video and text content. The budget will also be used to purchase video and audio equipment and video editing.

The Chinese audience is an audience that should not be neglected by us. People want to know more, people want to engage, they just need proper news source and easiness of access. Let's make this possible for the potentially enormous Chinese following to happen.
